Hello, Sunshine☀️ 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Huge loft area, living room, plus an extra front room with a sofa, a lot of room to spread out. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 full size bed and a bunk bed, twin over full, queen size air mattress. Also, 2 Pack-n-Plays.
Self-cleaning pool, hot tub, built in grill, putting green.

This is our home as well, we care for it like a home, not a rental, we stay here. We want to be comfortable; we want you to be comfortable.
I do not require you to clean before checking out. You already pay a cleaning fee for this:)

This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with fence, swimming pool (heating is free!)hot tub, patio area, and built-in gas barbecue grill and garage. The home is 2100 square feet, newly furnished with coastal decor and plenty of space for you to relax. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

No pets, smoking inside, parties or events. Must be 25 to rent, must be willing to provide proof of age.
No pets allowed. We have people that are deathly allergic to pet hair. If you have an animal, this is not the best house for you. If you bring in an animal, you will be charged a $500 service fee for extra cleaning. Please do not bring an animal.

Master bedroom (main floor) w/ King size bed, ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks, shower and soaker bathtub, massive walk-in closet on main level.
Guest bedroom (2nd floor) 1 w/ Queen size bed and a queen-sized air mattress.
Guest bedroom 2 (2nd floor) w/ 1 full size bed and a bunk bed, twin over full. Pack-n-play.
Additional Full Guest bathroom on the second floor.
Additional Half bathroom on main level.

5 tv's throughout the house, all bedrooms have tv's with Amazon Firesticks, all ready to stream your favorite movies or shows.

iPhone chargers and an Apple Watch chargers in the bedrooms.

Open kitchen area, granite counters, a ton of counter space and 6 counter stools. Toaster oven, blender, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, waffle maker, all the utensils and tableware you need.
Large open family room, and quiet den area.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner are also available.
We supply most items needed for your stay. You shouldn't have to run to the store to buy more garbage bags, dishwasher tabs etc..

Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Unfortunately the garage is not available .
This home is in a VERY quiet and laid-back neighborhood. We have many hummingbird feeders. Sit out front or back in the peace and quiet and watch the hummingbirds!

POOL:
Lounge chairs, pool floaties, goggles, sunscreen, beach towels, water ball racquets available.

This is a sports pool, about 4 feet on each end, deeper in the middle. Perfect for water sports!

There is NO security gate for the pool, please be aware if you are bringing young children. There is an alarm on the sliding door and also the patio door is made to be difficult to open to deter children, but it may not stop your child if they are strong enough.
Pool heating is free.
The pool is self-cleaning, no hoses to worry about!
*Please note: The pool heater relies on the ambient air temperature. If it is very cold outside, the pool may not get up to temps that you expect. Please reach out with any questions.

Clubs and golf balls available.

The home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park (slight mountain view from the back yard), great hiking!
Close to Phoenix International Raceway, and 18 miles from Glendale Stadium.
Surprise is home to the Southwest's largest tennis & racquet complexes, professionally designed golf courses, an urban fishing lake & aquatic center. Each spring, our population explodes when we welcome the Kansas City Royals &Texas Rangers and many others during Spring Training!

REMINDERS:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am.
*Vendors such as pool, landscape, pest control, etc. may access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.
*Please note: this home does have cameras on the exterior of the home.

The pool was fantastic. The home is roomy and beautifully decorated. You have to drive to find stuff to do, but really dont need to if your looking for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood is quiet. Heidi is a great host. You don't need to bring anything except your clothes and food.

We were very pleased with our stay in this amazing home. The location was perfect for our golf vacation. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Heidi thought of everything. Property is just as advertised, manager is available, check in was easy. House has everything you need. Though the house is in a neighborhood, its very quiet and was private, would rent again.

We had a terrific time. We traveled to AZ at the beginning of February. The weather was cool, but not freezing. Our kiddos spent the days in the pool and hot tub whenever we were home. Everything that we could need was supplied by Heidi. I loved the decoration, the amenities, and the house.

This property was wonderful. We had a great time. Very relaxing. The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The backyard and pool were phenomenal. We spent most of our time in the awesome pool and just enjoyed sitting on the patio. Also, great communication with Heidi. She kept in touch and made sure our stay was perfect.

The house is spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool was outstanding, and the backyard is very private. Communication was TOP-notch! Heidi was very quick to answer any questions, and a perfect host. The property is close to dining, shopping and located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the absolute best we’ve have ever stayed at. We had the best time in the pool and barbecuing, beds were extremely comfortable, the house was extremely clean (I’ve very picky about this!), the communication was top notch! My family of seven fit perfectly! We will definitely be back to stay here.

Our group of 6 adult friends stayed at this absolutely lovely home for 4 nights and it was perfect! It was so hot outside (over 110) but the home was a cool, beachy escape with strong A/C inside. Downstairs is great for gathering, with a large, fully stocked kitchen with huge amounts of counter space and uber-comfy barstools. Everything you need to make meals is there, including a Ninja blender, toaster, convection oven and a Keurig with lots of provided pods. Both the living room and upstairs loft have super comfy sofas and large TVs for watching movies and a good-sized table for games. The bedrooms are large with nice mattresses and good water pressure in the showers. The house is wonderful, but the backyard is what we loved the most. A true oasis in the middle of the urban landscape, you feel as if you are in your own mini resort. Every night after sunset, we jumped in the pool for visiting and cocktails. The hot tub was next, then cooling off in the pool again before playing cards on the large round porch table. Heidi was very accessible and checked in on us several times. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better home for our group and we will be back.

The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. The pool, spa and putting green is an added bonus. The house is about 5 miles from Surprise stadium. Heidi was accommodating and made sure we our stay was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

I travel all across the country for work and stay in hotels and VRBO. This house was big, beautiful and the host communication was incredible. The pool and all the amenities were awesome. This was better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed in and I even explain how great Heidi was. If you are in the Phoenix/Surprise area I highly recommend you stay here.

Four adults and one teen stayed in this house for Royals spring training and it was wonderful. Heidi, the host, was very attentive (checking to make sure we arrived and everything was okay), responsive (when I couldn’t find a baking pan), and thoughtful (providing special perks not seen in other homes, like sunscreen). The home itself is beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool and putting green are terrific and the hot tub is hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced. The location was perfect for spring training and hiking in the area. We already are looking for opportunities to return to Surprise just so we can stay in this house again. Rent from Heidi!!

Everything about our stay was great, house was well furnished and clean, the host reached out to us before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect, and the check out list was one of the easiest and shortest I've seen. Loved the pool, hot tub, and putting green, and close proximity to White Tank park for hiking.

This property is in a perfect location and furnished beautifully. The outside living space was incredible and offered everything our family could ask for! The kitchen and house was well stocked and the host was very attentive! We visited the World Zoo nearby and had a blast! Thank you for hosting our family!!!!
