Welcome to Relax on Riverbend - the perfect place for you and your family & friends to enjoy beautiful Lake Norman! With a major interior upgrade a couple of years ago, the property boasts a great open floor plan with an oversized kitchen, plenty of seating and multiple places to get away and reconnect with those closest to you! On those beautiful days and evenings, step outside to our lakeside deck and take in those views!
The amenities included with this property are amazing - 6 SMART TV's, foos ball machine, pub-style arcade with all of the classics like Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong & many more and then when we head outside, go out on the lake with one of our free kayaks (2 kid and 2 adult), enjoy the lakeside firepit. Have a boat? Bring it with you and tie up at our private dock.....and if you are interested in renting a pontoon, contact us as we have one dedicated to this property that is available for rent!

Great location on the lake! The house is spacious, well organized and allows for some privacy, even with a large group. Delighted!

This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people.

We are a family of 14 that came together to celebrate our granddaughter's wedding in Statesville.
We needed a large place, and this home filled the bill. It is very spacious and well laid out. The view from the deck is beautiful and the location is so serene and quiet.
It is absolutely as described, and then some! I honestly can't say enough positive things about this home.
The management company {Drew} was so responsive to any questions we had.
It is stocked better than any rental we have had, and we are long term VRBO customers.
You won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely stay at Relax on Riverbend for a Solitude Retreat (8 women). There was plenty of space to spread out and take rest individually and collectively.

We rented Relax on Riverbend a family reunions over the Thanksgiving holidays. The house comfortably accommodated our large group (12 adults, 1 toddler). The kitchen was very well equipped to serve a large group. The management company was very responsive to all my questions. We are already talking about a return visit to Relax on Riverbend.

This property is very spacious and inviting. With 7 bedrooms, beautiful and comfortable living spaces and an accommodating kitchen, you can’t go wrong with this home. The extras the home offers is great for a larger family like a game room, beautiful fire pit, spacious deck seating, kayak access, digital board checkin and checkout, and a nice waterfront location.
We enjoyed time with family inside and outside and would highly recommend.

The host did a great job of making the property welcoming. Loved the mini fridge for drinks, all new kitchen cookware and utensils, great big table for dining, excellent kitchen island for food prep, great fire pit with wood provided. But bed of all was the shallow swimming area with a sandy bottom near the dock which was great for our kids to enjoy the lake. Kids also loved the the kayaks. Host wa quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Only downside was that the laundry room is in a bathroom and two rooms share that bathroom. That bathroom is tiny with no room to leave any personal items so you had to leave toiletries in your room and bring them to the bathroom each time. Other than that, we loved the place.

House was clean, well stocked and roomy. There were plenty of spaces to relax and getaway from the commotion, and then large areas for the entire family to come together. The large back porch had a beautiful view of the lake, and the sloping lawn down to the water and dock lended ample room for dogs to play. I would highly recommend this property!

Everything was great! The oven broke and we couldn’t cook, but otherwise all was as described. Gorgeous decks and very nice house and kitchen set up. The house echos and you can hear footsteps clearly from upstairs in the master, so just be prepared for that with earplugs :) especially if traveling with kids.

We truly enjoyed staying at the lake house. The view from the deck was beautiful. The house location was perfect….quiet lake house with all the benefits of the lake yet close to all the activities Mooresville has to offer.

This was our second time staying on Riverbend and we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable week. The location of the house is perfect; set on a tranquil cove, you get privacy while still having open views of the lake. Our pups love laying on the deck, hangin out by the firepit and sitting on the dock just as much as we do. I love the split floor plan of bedrooms and the open entertaining space of the kitchen and living room. Everything is clean and outfitted with your basic needs. We can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful property on the water. Private beach, kayaks, pontoon. Beautiful updates in the home. Management company very welcoming and responsive to any issues. Perfect layout for our family of three households. Some of the wood docks and the wood deck out back could use sanding, rebuilding, or maintenance to keep things safe. Great stay! Our family would love to come here again!

We loved our stay at this property! Great for a large family get away (we had 10 adults and 4 kids), the on lake location was ideal for fishing, kayaking, and boating. The property management team is top notch and really helped us out of a bind when things were left behind after our stay. We hope to rent this house again for our next family vacation!

We had a group of 13 and really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for all of us to get together and have separate space. We rented the pontoon boat for 3 days and had a blast tubing and wakeboarding. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

We were 3 couples and 4 singles. Everyone had their own rooms. *note that the small upstairs bedroom doesn’t have an ac vent, so have to keep the door open to keep it cool. Previous guests left damaged property, but the management was quick to respond and sent friendly staff to repair items. Kitchen is a great size for so many people. Nice location.

We had family coming together from different states for a wedding. The house had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. Check in and check out was easy. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked, there was a nice grill. We enjoyed some down time sitting out on the dock.

This rental was good, with great customer service! There were minor issues like the upstairs bathroom in the guest suite had not been cleaned, there was a wet, used, towel on the floor by the shower.
The rest of the house was good, with some minor issues like noticeable wear and tear. But, overall a great property to rent. Beautiful views, great house, great people. Would stay again for sure.

My family and friends really enjoyed the house and accommodations. We had 5 adults and 5 children at one point. There was such a variety of options.
4 of the 5 children (ages10, 7, 6, 5) kayaked for the first time and took right to the kayaks. There are 2 adult and 2 children kayaks.
And the game room was a perfect place on the one rainy day. For little and big kids.
I rented a pontoon boat and we had a great time on the lake. We even found the restaurant/bar accessible from a dock.
We will be back again!

The home has been recently remodeled on the inside. The huge kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook meals with a lot of helping hands! Nice open floor plan and the new addition to the deck allowed us all to gather and enjoy the outdoors!

Beautiful location!! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Spacious house large rooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. Kayaks were provided and were super fun!! We will defiantly be back to this property.
