Property 240-2 is ocean front - literally - you can enjoy the ocean front environment hanging out on the covered lanai (patio) or on the balcony! The beach out front is quiet and secluded - it almost feels like your own private beach! With ocean views from the kitchen, living room and lanai, you can check the surf while you make your morning coffee, watch the whales from the comfort of your living room (seasonal Mid-December to Mid-April), and see the glorious Maui sunsets from the lanai.

Versatile Gym with 3 aerobic machines (Rower, elliptical and bike). Bench with lots of barbells and kettle balls. Yoga mat, yoga block and bosu ball plus resistance bands. Roll around TV you can point anywhere. All await ina tall open room with dedicated AC unit and mobile fan and ceiling fan.

Starting on the top floor we welcome you to the Crow's Nest where you can relax in your own top floor primary suite with panoramic views of the ocean and neighboring islands of Lana'i and Kaho'olawe. The views don't stop at the ocean and outer islands - you can also take in the view up and down the beach! Your luxury suite is complete with a California King Bed and en suite bathroom. Just outside the bedroom at the top of the stairs you have the perfect getaway spot with TV, a foosball table, and small couch. Traveling with the gamer of the family? Not to worry the TV allows easy hook up of video games.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that includes:
-ANOTHER Primary Suite with California King Bed, your own private balcony lanai with spectacular ocean views with tables, chairs and loungers and en suite bathroom!
-Guest Bedroom with California King Bed and views of the West Maui Mountains
-Guest Bedroom with two twin size beds
-Shared guest bathroom in hallway

On the main level you will find an oversized (and comfortable!) L shaped sectional sofa and TV in the living room with dining area and table for 8 people. The updated fully equipped kitchen features both views of the West Maui Mountains and the ocean. Walk out onto your own large private lanai (10' x 22' patio) to enjoy al fresco dining, views of the ocean and the best weather on the planet. The lanai features a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, foot shower, table, chairs and loungers. The expansive grassy area is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. With such easy access to the ocean make sure to try your hand at all the water activities!

About the Community:
We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana.

Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool. The summer season brings fun waves to try out your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.

Historic Lahaina: While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha is alive and well, with plenty of open local restaurants and activities nearby. Mala Wharf is open for boat excursions (rafts) and at the North End of Front Street local favorites Star Noodle, Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside and Coco Deck Lahaina are all open with another restaurant in the works next to Star Noodle. Safeway and Foodland farms are both an easy 10 minute drive away making getting supplies a breeze. In addition to the nearby restaurants and amenities in Lahaina, you can enjoy shopping, dining, activities, and more just 15 minutes north in the world-famous Ka'anapali resort area. From beachfront dining to luxury shops, Ka'anapali offers something for everyone.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

The streets are quiet and safe, usually dominated by bicycles and skateboards rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe. The Dolphin Pool is fully gated.

Puamana is a fully gated community. The neighborhood welcomes full time residents and visitors. Please remember to be respectful of quiet hours and full time neighbors.

**Please keep in mind that you are visiting the tropics where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept home for you, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.**

Parking: There is a covered parking spot right in front of the front door that belongs to the property! No walking across a large resort to get your car. The second parking spot is any uncovered spot. Please note that guests are permitted two rental cars for this property.
