We had an amazing stay. The house was spacious and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and nice details like hotels with towels. Plenty of blankets, pillows. Kids loved the bunk bed, games and soft toys. I would highly recommend this house.

The cabin was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Bedroom beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds was kid friendly. It comes with a EV charger, A/C for warm days/nights, and an access key card for the recreation center which was an added bonuses! I would stay here again with friends or family. The downstairs bathroom shower liner needs replacement.

Loved the location in the woods, surrounded by trees. Nice neighborhood with amenities near Arnold & Murphys, CA. Very close to White Pine Lake and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Wonderful outdoor decks. Nice kitchen with standard amenities. Spacious layout. Liked the gaming table and having two eating areas. Very steep & narrow driveway that we should have been warned about, but garage is big and empty. Encountered some issues such as the WiFi and streaming services not working on our second day. It was difficult to get a signal on our cell phones so working WiFi was important. Furniture is older and very used with stains on kitchen, dining, and living room seating. Third bedroom king bed sits on the floor (mattress & box spring) without a frame, which might be fine for kids but harder for adults. This house could be 5 stars with a refresh.

We've stayed at several cabins in Arnold and this one has been the best one so far! Others tend to be not as great as the pictures show, this one I felt looks better in person than the pictures show, and they're good pictures. It is clean, spacious, great living room, eating areas, deck (hope to return in the summertime to take advantage of it - the deck lights, the grill, the outdoor furniture and the view). Two suggestions for the owners: 1. replace the couches (we managed to feel comfortable using the provided blankets, but they are pretty stained), and 2. provide a couple of scented candles for guests to use if they wish - the half bath smelled fantastic! Overall, a great experience. Would (and hopefully will) stay again! One last comment for guests: do remember to leave the community access key behind! We brought it home with us by mistake and had to ship it back - must say, they were very understanding about it! A+

We were very impressed with our stay, the cabin was big and spacious, the rooms were a plenty it could fit three families there. There were books, boardgames, pool table, two full decks with barbecue (good for Summer), and patio furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked. In fact the house was fully stocked. Linens were easy to find they were extra blankets and pillows and a fireplace. Working oven working stove. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay if we were to come back we would definitely book this place again upon checking in, I got a message from the co-host and owner of the house welcoming us. We were offered a free bottle of wine as well. Everything was easy check to check out. Just a quick note that the driveway from the main road into the garage area is quite steep, so just keep that in mind if it’s winter and very snowy/icy you would need a AWD for sure. Luckily there was no snow when we got there in our car as well as our friends car were four-wheel-drive/awd. There was a juice box charger so bring a Tesla charger adapter if you have a Tesla. The garage had shovels as well as two kids sleds. We really loved this place. It was perfect. Thank you!

Our stay here was perfect for our family. We arrived right before a snow fall so we were able to wake up to fresh snow. The house was very clean and the owners were really welcoming and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok with our arrival. The garage access was great for my parents to be able to park their van in and for us to get cleaned up after playing in the snow. We really appreciate the no shoes in the house since we have a little one. The house is located not too far from the market and restaurants which was really convenient for us. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again in the future. Thank you!!
