You will have the exclusive use of the property with occupance of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 people.
Located in the beautiful area of Lower Conchas Chinas, approximately one and one half miles south of Puerto Vallarta. Centro (downtown) is about an 8 minute taxi. Los Muertos Beach is about a 15-minute walk. The villa comes with a staff of six that are available everyday except Sunday (included are a maid, cook, and houseman- Food and drinks are extra). Parking on the property is available.
The villa is over 8000 sq. ft., with large terraces, heated pool, and a large palapa with bar for entertaining. Located directly on the beach all the rooms overlook the large swimming pool and beach below. The living room opens onto the terrace and has cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and phone. The kitchen has all the modern amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and blender. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for use. There are seven bedrooms, six with air conditioning. Three bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, another bedroom has a double bed, and the last two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There are six staff members (included are a maid, cook, and houseman) as well as parking available on the property.

• Chef+Sous Chef for breakfast and dinner with plated sit-down service. Morning staff can prepare light appetizers to be eaten poolside in the afternoon.

• Food and beverage – itemized receipts from grocery and liquor store will be provided.
• Full Staff on Sunday or Holidays. If arrival or departure falls on a Sunday, the villa will include staff service.

• Shopping Fee – all of our villas kindly ask that guests assist staff with their transportation costs to do the shopping for daily menus. The shopping fee is usually a flat amount in the $30US range per trip; some villas charge a percentage of receipts
