Friendly staff clean rooms, modern appliances.

This hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff were very kind and informative, in particular Mark at the front desk-he was awesome! We appreciated the very warm welcome upon entering and my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would be glad to return again in the future :-)

I asked for a quiet room and the delivered. Hope at the front desk was very accommodating.

Perfect location central to everything we needed

Hotel is new, staff very friendly. The walls are a bit thin so we heard our neighbors a lot, but overall a wonderful place to stay. Very clean!

This was our first visit to Michigan for a concert and I must say our stay at the candelwood suites was amazing, it was clean and quiet conveniently located for us too! Staff was friendly and the amenities were great too! I would definitely recommend and stay here again ☺️

This is a new facility, but I can say it is the best room layout for business travel I've ever stayed in. If all Candlewood Suites are like this one, I'm making this my standard.

This was a really nice hotel! It was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were only there for one night but, it would be an excellent option for a weekend or longer stay with the built in kitchen. I will be back again!

Hope was at the desk when we checked in she is so amazing and friendly. Very approachable and sincere. Loved how literally everything was Within 10 min great lakes crossing outlets etc. along with some restaurant choices right out the doors of the hotel. Our room had a fridge, stove top, cups, plates the whole 9 yards if you would be considering to stay longer or just preferred to make things your way. My kids are between 6 and 11yrs of age and loved that we could go to meijer to get some snacks for our time there. They do have many options there as well hince why the road trip other wise they would have wiped it out clean lol. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are free. Over all very nice setup. All new and clean. My kids are picky eaters so not necessarily having the free breakfast wasn't in issue for us although food items where available to choose from. We have always gone out to eat anyways so they could choose whatever it is they would have enjoyed. So for us it was a win win!! Enjoy your stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I arrived around 530pm. Room wasn't ready. Personnel at the front desk were friendly. Television programming did not work. Medically i use white noise to sleep so not having Television capability made me toss and turn all night.

Terrible experience nothing like advertises. Cable and internet were out and if two people had not called the front desk while we were checking in they would not have let us know. Also we arrived an hour early to check in and no room was available. That was fine we asked for a place to eat their only recommendation was Taco Bell in the parking lot. Asked for Applebees or something on that line they did not know of anywhere. Someone checking in told us where to go and it was only 3 miles away. When we returned an hour and a half later had to wait 15 minutes for a room to be ready. 45 minutes after our check in time. They did not give any discount for no cable and internet would never consider this chain again

There was no hand soap at all. And body soap only to wash hands once. The overhead kitchen light was not working nor the closet area light. It was clean and comfortable otherwise .

The stay was nice but upon checking in I was charged a $50.00 gratuity fee that I was not told about plus the coffee maker in the lobby was out of order I think for a total of $212 dollars I should at least get coffee.

My friends and I went on a shopping trip from Toronto to Detroit. We stayed overnight and heard many good things about this hotel from our previous friends who had stayed here. This hotel is super clean and affordable. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The front Desk staff is AMAZING!! So polite and helpful. There were 8 of us who stayed here and everyone agrees that we will be staying here again. So close to the outlet mall , restaurants and Target. Great hotel !

This hotel not very far from shopping or any restaurants. I stayed he with my boyfriend for a concert and even that was an easy drive to get to from the hotel.

There were personal clothing items left under the bathroom vanity. Yuck.
