Wonderful property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent! Room was clean and location is super convenient.

Having to pay additional for parking. $17.50 for self parking and $25.00 for valet parking per day. Wish refrigerator was full size.

Paid parking. I didn't know that parking wasn't included. It will be good to display the paid parking prior to booking.

Except for the aggravation of very slow water drainage in the sink and the ability for all of us to watch TV in the livi

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist. The property was very clean.

I didn’t like that the sink would not drain water well. Water would back up in the sink and it would take quite a while for it to drain out. I never could get the TV in the living room to work. I called the front desk and was told that someone was coming up to assist and they never came.

Excellent stay that exceeded expectations!

The hotel was amazing! The lobby was beautiful and the room clean and spacious. The beds are so very comfortable too. We loved the hot breakfast each morning. The waffles were great as well as the bacon and eggs. Another thing we loved was the area around the hotel. There was plenty of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. We absolutely will stay here again when in Atlanta.

The only thing we disliked was having to pay extra for parking.

It’s like being in a tiny apartment. I like that it felt like a home instead of an hotel room.

Having a bar was a nice touch.

Our room was not ready. We went into an uncleaned room, but we were given another room after about 20 minutes.

New Hotel in North Alpharetta

Location, newness and cleanliness. Spaciousness of suite. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelette were excellent.

Manager’s reception. Drinks were fine but the snacks were pitiful! We got down to the reception shortly after it started, and all that was left was a half a bowl of pretzels! I have been to many Embassy Suites before and you actually could make a meal out of the snacks. Not this time! The sofa in the living area of the room is a cheap sofa and not comfortable. Also, when four people are staying there in the room, you do need more than 2 cups! We called down to the front desk and they were brought up promptly.

Fantastic staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and awesome pool.

The indoor pool was heated and it was so nice that it was shallow enough (3ft-4.5ft) for my younger kids to play
