Spacious apartment with all amenities, amazing host

Everything was perfect. Gerardina is the nicest host. The apartment had all the amenities: microwave, WiFi, AC, fan, full kitchen, dining tables, chairs and hot water. The AC is in the kitchen/dining space. So, at night, close all other doors except for the bedroom you want to sleep in and turn on the fan too. The bedroom will cool down quickly. It's also close to the downtown area but away from all the bustle of the centre. You'll also see a lot of birds and even monkeys.

Great accommodation. 2 rooms with double bed, bathroom and a kitchen.

The chickens and cocks woke up at 3am and started 'kukuriku' endlessly. Luckily we had the second room that faced a different direction so we could keep on sleeping

Exceptional

Such an incredible place to stay. Perfect location, super clean and a beautiful apartment. The apartment is really big with a very well equipped kitchen. The lady is lovely, very helpful and offers cheap laundry which was amazing. There is good wifi, aircon in the main kitchen room (fans in bedrooms), a big hot shower and information about the local area/ activities. We loved it here and want to come back! It is so good for the price, I would give more than 10/10 if I could!

Great value for money, good stuff, nice room

Friendly, english speaking stuff, big accommodation with kitchen, laundry services on demand. Close to city center and bus terminal.

The stuff offered additional services, but the prices required were very big (as all services in Fortuna are. for example Uber drivers request you to pay double the amount in order to actually get you where you order the car for).

Exceptional

Centrally located close to the center of La Fortuna. The host was super friendly and there were several eateries right across the street that stayed open really late. Grocery store a few blocks away. We parked on the street in front of the apartment, but don’t do that, the host allowed us to park inside the gate. The apt was well furnished, had A/C refrigerator, microwave and blender. Nice hot shower and linens clean.
