This beautifully rustic home is dressed with character and washed with beauty. Situated in a lovely countryside location, this private villa has olive groves and vineyards wrapping around it and the luxury of a garden in full bloom. If you aren’t swimming in the pool, pop open a bottle of local wine and try your hand at a traditional Italian pizza, cooked on the built-in barbecue and wood oven. Dine alfresco under the romantic pergola as the sun sets and you’ll have an evening to remember. The stunning location is perfectly complemented inside, with the walls dressed in wonderful works of antique-style art and classic features. Gather your loved ones and light the fireplace on cooler summer evenings for a cosy retreat. The beamed ceilings coupled with wooden floors and stone walls are classically elegant. After a restful night's sleep, wander outside sipping your hot coffee to enjoy the beauty of the sky coming alive. If you don’t kick your sandals off and soak up the sun from the comfort of a lounger, be sure to explore the local mediaeval area, which is laced with divine food, quaint shops and spectacular scenery. After a memorable day, you can return to your wonderfully traditional home, with beauty spanning every inch. Home truths: *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's parking for up to four cars here *This home is spread over three floors, so there are some stairs to climb – for those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here – although the bedroom is only accessible from outside *One of the double bedrooms can be made into twin beds upon request *The swimming pool is available for guests to use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October and is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times – the pool area also has a changing room, showers and WC
