This completely and newly 2022 renovated, luxury home nestled in Historic Edgartown Village features coastal-styling throughout its indoor and outdoor living spaces. The home is ideally situated 2 blocks from shopping and dining in Edgartown's downtown Main St, 2 blocks from Lighthouse Beach, 2 blocks from Fuller Beach.
The outdoor living space is designed for dining and entertaining, and includes: outdoor fireplace and seating area, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower. Privacy trees surround the backyard. In addition, there are two covered porches on the front and side of the house (equipped with furniture and swing beds) and a private rooftop sundeck. There is a shed to store bikes and the driveway holds 3 vehicles comfortably. There is plenty of space on this 8,800 sq. ft lot for entertainment and leisure.
The first floor features an open layout with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area has a gas fireplace and the dining area includes a table that can comfortably hold 10 adults. The fully-equipped brand new Chef Kitchen features a center island (comfortably seating five), granite counters, state of the art appliances, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, wine fridge, 2 beverage fridges, and garbage disposal.
The first floor Primary Bedroom suite features a deluxe primary bath with double marble vanity and glass walk in shower. The first floor also has a fully equipped office and also a den/sleeping area with a door for privacy.
On the second floor, the second primary bedroom features a deluxe primary bath with double marble vanity and glass walk in shower. The main bedroom’s delightful rooftop sundeck is a private oasis. The other two bedrooms (with Queen beds) are located on the second floor and share a bathroom. The second floor also has an open area that includes the laundry (washer and dryer) and a reading nook.
This home is perfectly situated in Edgartown to enjoy the historic district's charming architecture, beaches and nature preserves, and ensures both centrality and privacy.
Originally built in the late 19th century, this classic, Fishing Captain's "Farmhouse" was beautifully renovated in 2022. It features original glasswork and woodwork while artfully being updated to the 21st century with central AC, 9-foot ceilings, security system, and more!
