But it’s the spacious great room, thoughtfully furnished to accommodate your guests, that makes this home so inviting. You’ll find a leather sectional with recliners, plenty of comfortable seating, two beautiful granite dining tables with padded chairs, a breakfast bar for three facing into the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a 85" TV, and an electric fireplace. New stove, Refrigerator, and Washer/Dryer.

Was nice. Really wanted to use the hot tub but it's not available in winter. No washer and dryer and we noticed the refrigerator was leaking some water...also bunk bed in bedroom 3 has a missing support board so bed was quite wobbly. Just a few little maintenance things. But overall it was great for our group. Loved the open floor plan on main level

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and comfortable and our large group had a great stay! Communication with the host was excellent! Looking forward to a visit again!

The home was great, comfortable and with lots of space. However we were not able to use the hot tub because it was not available. We noticed that the refrigerator needs some repairs, there was a water leak from the refrigerator. Everything else was great and we had a great vacation time.

The property was nice. Our only issues was the fact that it was advertised as having a working oven and washer and dryer. We noticed that the reviews on the property two months prior to staying had also mentioned those issues and those issues were still not fixed. We do feel for the price those things should’ve been fixed and working at the time of our stay. We had a wonderful time in the house, we would enjoy staying there again. The house was very nice to have a large group in the house was also very close to the beach which made it a lot of fun also.

The view of the ocean is great, especially from the roof top hot tub. Wow! It is a very very short walk from the beach. Inside the house though you’ll find things a bit discordant compared to the rate. The interior is clean but shabby. The sink faucet is loose, the cooking utensils burned and damaged. The lights have an unusual control scheme, shower floor flexes, and the house smells of mildew and old smoke when you open it after being away. Most rooms are packed with beds like a bunkhouse to increase the occupancy of the house. It appears the owners are remodeling as they go, perhaps renting it to gain cash flow to improve the place.   The management company notified us 5 days in advance the washer and dryer were broken. The rental company’s statement was  “There will be no discount as we are giving you ample time to prepare and we never expect amenities to become unavailable at any time, this does occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances and for that reason, amenities are never guaranteed.”  “Ample time to prepare” being within the 7 day no refund period for the rental. Where will you find an Oregon coast rental with 5 days notice in August? Note that other amenities that are listed to this house are heating, linens, towels, internet, kit. After complaining to VRBO and property management company they offered me a 10% discount on a future stay at a limited array of their properties.
