This inviting 1,544-square-foot home is located in a quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for families looking for a wonderful place to stay. Create everlasting memories in the homey living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen has everything to let your creativity flow and surprise your friends with their favorite recipes. The laundry room features a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The primary bedroom features a convenient jetted tub as well!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Close to everything. Nice family house. Well stocked kitchen complete with coffee and dish cleaning supplies. Beds and furniture are comfortable! Garage is an added bonus!

The house was clean, but not super comfortable, specifically the bed. It was also bare and had more of a hotel-feel than the VRBOs I'm used to. There were basic amenities, like a small shampoo/conditioner in the shower and a small container of coffee, but the VRBOs I've been to before have been homey and welcoming, with lots of 'extras' like a coffee/snack bar.

This house was great for our crew traveling to Arkansas to recruit. Each coach had their own bedroom to sleep in. We also had a great living room area to congregate in. Kitchen was great as well. Made you feel like home. I will for sure search houses with Vacasa when traveling again!

Centennial Park is only a few pedal strokes away from this spacious, clean, well-appointed biking hideaway. Let's start with one of the most important rooms - the garage;) The garage has lots of room for bikes! OK, the house is pretty cool, too. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed without being cluttered. Two modern and large bathrooms were a plus as well. The place was very clean. We woke up without water on the last day which was an unwelcome surprise. We called Vacasa, but the water came back on before they arrived to fix it. I'm guessing it was an issue unrelated to this unit, so I don't believe this is a recurring problem. I highly recommend this place - especially if you want to be close to Centennial Park or UARK campus!

This is the 2nd time staying at the house. Great house for friends to stay while coming in town for a hogs basketball and football game. We appreciate the hospitality!

We use VRBO often when staying in Fayetteville. This was a huge disappointment. Company owned... exorbitant hidden fees (quadruple typical fees) without breakdown; plus cleaning fees. No late check out, even an hour, without paying more Poor communication: incorrect door code given..took 10 minutes of phone call, hold times and 6 codes later finally got into the house Poorly stocked: not enough glasses for our 6 guests, no wine glasses, no iron or ironing board SPIDERS!!!

Everything was clean and just as listed. Communication via email was easy and I was able to get an early check-in. Quiet neighborhood and almost within walking distance to UofA's athletic fields. Tons of standard chain places just down the road on the Blvd! Only there to sleep, as th group came in for a football game and to take in the festivities on Dickson St and the Square. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was easy to access getting in and checking out. Thanks!
