Hot Sand is a 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bath home located in the heart of Gulf Shores within walking distance (2.5 Blocks) to the Gulf of Mexico, dining, and shopping. Hot Sand offers spacious balconies and a resort style pool. This is a great property to enjoy as a large group or a family to vacation together!

The main level offers an open concept Living, Kitchen, and Dining Area. The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa, sofa, chair, television, and fireplace. The fully stocked galley-style Kitchen offers both large and small appliances, as well as cookware and utensils. The Dining Area offers seating for 6 with 4 barstools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. A large balcony is accessible from the kitchen/living area and offers 3 picnic tables for outdoor dining, that will easily seat 12.

Primary Bedroom 1 is also located on the main level, which offers a King Bed, Sleeper Sofa, television, and private bathroom with standing shower. This bedroom also has access to the large deck with picnic tables.

The upper level offers three bedrooms and large laundry room. The upper Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed, Twin Bed with Trundle, television, private bathroom, and balcony access, which offers indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Primary Bathroom offers double sink vanity, spacious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and a jetted, garden tub. Guest Bedrooms are also located on the upper level and share a bathroom. Upstairs Bedroom 2 offers a Queen Bed, television, and balcony access. Upstairs Bedroom 3 offers a Queen Bed, sofa, and television. The uniquely designed shared bathroom offers 2 vanities, 2 toilets, and a tub/shower combo. The full-size Laundry Room offers a washer & dryer and utility sink.

The ground level offers a pool, swings, and an outdoor shower. The pool offers a heater for an additional charge of $75/day. The hot tub, featured with the pool, is a great way to spend your down time relaxing with your group. The pool offers a large covered area with upper sun deck and a picnic table. LED lighting is provided under the house to assist with accessing the outdoor spaces.
Enjoy Alabama's greatest natural resource (freshwater) right across the street at the Public Park, owned by the State of Alabama Department of Conservation. You can enjoy some freshwater fishing or navigate out to Little Lagoon by small watercraft, kayaks, or even paddleboards. Be sure to check license requirements for fishing!

Hot Sand is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets (up to 50lbs each) during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax PER PET. Any damages caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
