Welcome to the South Bay Beach Club #24 on glorious Seven Mile Beach!
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo provides 2,677 square feet of luxurious living space including a screened patio overlooking the beach. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and lounge furniture, the screened patio is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.
Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.
The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.
The home's four bedrooms sleep 8 guests comfortably.

-- Primary Suite - king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the screened porch, television, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
-- Guest Suite - king bed, television, ensuite with shower.
-- Guest Suite #2 - two futon beds, television, ensuite with shower bath.
-- Guest Bedroom - two twin beds, television, shares a full bathroom with shower across the hall.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.
Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided.
Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
Located within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, and watersports, the South Bay Beach Club is a wonderful resort for guests looking for a Seven Mile Beach vacation.

-- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all reservations.
-- 10% Resort Fee added to all reservations.
-- A $2,000 refundable damage deposit is required for all stays and will be charged to the card on file 2 weeks before arrival.
-- The refundable damage deposit will be returned to the guest 7 days after departure pending inspection for damages.
-- Rates are subject to change.
==> BOOKING RULES -- Christmas and New Year's are split into 2 separate rental periods. Please inquire first about your travel dates before booking for the holidays.
-- Guests must be 25 or older to book and occupy the unit during the entire stay.
-- Check-in: 4:00 pm.
-- Check-out: 11:00 am.
==> GETTING AROUND A rental car is recommended. Taxis are everywhere but fares can get expensive shuttling around George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Hertz.
==> NEARBY POINTS OF INTEREST -- 3-minute drive to the nearest grocery store, Foster's Camana Bay

==> NEARBY BEACHES Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. However, for prime snorkeling, you will need to venture to the island's other nearby beaches, Smith's Barcadere and Spotts Beach.
Smith's Barcadere is closest to the resort. A little further away is Spotts Beach, a marine habitat where you can swim with sea turtles! Both beaches are open to the public with parking, picnic tables, and palm trees for shade.
