The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy. A stay at the Palm Club also includes membership to downtown's only private Lifestyle & Pool Club, The Wonderer!

The Space:
The 'Queen Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.

The Queen Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 14 guests between 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula.

Refresh and relax at the Jr. Olympic pool complete with pool-side cabanas or savor the onsite eateries offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and trendy cocktails. Guests can also enjoy an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.

Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**

*Severe Weather Policy*

Our severe weather and Extenuating Circumstances: Hurricane Policy is as follows:

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect. In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.

However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.

Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.

***ATTENTION***
Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.

Absolutely beautiful spot and location for my sisters bachelorette! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and there was a bathroom in every room which is huge for this many girls. Location was so close to many cute bagel and other delicious dine in spots. So happy with our stay.

Great place for our large group! It was spacious, clean and management was very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants. This was our first trip to Charleston and the hospitality was fantastic! 5 stars!

This property was great for our group of friends because we were each able to have our own bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms. Location was ideal. Only downfall was the acoustics. Due to the very open main room it was sometimes difficult to hear each other and easy to hear the neighbors! Not a deal breaker by any means but worth noting.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room and space for everyone in our party. Loved having a room on the main floor for grandparents. Everything was in walking distance. The parking was a little tight for a large SUV but worked with the rental property and they recommended another spot that worked better that wasn’t being used during our stay. Would definitely stay again
