About this house rental
Ive been working on the siding for this house so its easy to spot although not clearly marked with house numbers yet. Park in back off of the alley as that is most convienient and easy access to the door where you will come and go. No cleaning fees! The only time I would ask for compensation is if the home were left dirty and house rules not followed.
Clean little house near many points of interest in the Quad Cities. Easy to find. Comfy beds and living space. Full cooking facilities. Washer/dryer for extended stays. Security cameras and well lit parking off street. Just blocks from the Mississippi River. Near the Rust Belt and “The Mark” Vibrant Center. Close to WIU Campus and an easy drive to Augustana’s campus. Great place to stay if you are in town for an overnight , weekend, or a wonderful place to have as a home away from home for longer stays. Security lighting so you will never feel like you are coming or going in the dark and nice neighbors all around. I also run exterior security cameras for added piece of mind. Just an all around good place to stay!

Wonderful home and we enjoyed the 1 night stay very much. Owner was wonderful and easy to work with!!

The house was clean and comfy. We were disappointed to not have access to laundry as listed. We didn't stay long enough to qualify (4 days), and we received a passive aggressive message from the host about it. We would have loved to wash our new t-shirts from our vacation when we arrived. There is a camera on the washer/dryer and on the door you use to enter. We did appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, and it was easy to access the house. Overall we did enjoy our stay

4th of July included a Firecracker 5K and 10K run while I was out for my own jog. Great event for the holiday. The race was just about three blocks from the house. The house was perfect for the two of us. Clean, charming and snacks were everywhere! Would stay here again!

Location is close to downtown Moline for easy access to I-74 and the John Deere Commons. The space worked well for us for our short stay! Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed and worked well for our little family.

The home was clean. Quaint and comfy. Loved the extras instant oatmeal,pop tarts and other snacks stuff. Overly a great stay and would do a return stay.

A quick stop while visiting my daughter’s future college. Loved Lucy’s place. So cozy, comfortable and clean. It was everything plus more that I could have asked for. Definitely will be staying again.

I could only stay for one night and spent most of my time in the kitchen building a Star Wars themed wedding cake. Having a well stocked kitchen was such a blessing after driving 5.5 hours from the Lake of the Ozarks. I look forward to staying again and exploring the Quad Cities area when we visit family that lives in Davenport.

The home was in a good location and quiet neighborhood. It was close to the main thoroughfare running through Rock Island, Moline and East Moline. Good parking for several cars, nice seating areas outside, two ample sized bedrooms, adequate bathroom, nice kitchen with extras left in the refrigerator.

This review request is nearly a year past the actual stay.
The house was clean and stylish. It was apparently still being renovated as there was construction material in the yard. We had not known that the air conditioning consisted of noisy window units, one of which stopped working. The parking was compromised, due to having to share with a neighbor. As is our routine, we left a personal note of issues for the owner - issues not to live forever on-line. Their response was quite rude. We were content not to review the property.

This was the perfect little quiet house. The owner was great at communicating and providing all details needed for the perfect stay. All the amenities of home in this charming little house. I truly appreciated all the details that maintained the house to the original state of the time period.
Will definitely stay here again!

STAY HERE! We loved Lucy's place. It is a very cute and comfortable home. Beds and pillows... A . Plenty of seating. Nice layout. Walkable to bars and food. Off-street parking. Host communicated great. Plus coffee and chocolates left for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Stayed on a quick overnight trip to visit a friend who was directingat Curca 21 in Rock Island.
The house was so clean and adorable. We wished would could have stayed longer.
Will definitely visit again.

The house was decorated to bottom for the holidays and was the perfect place to stay for Christmas while visiting family.

We stayed for the weekend to participate in Floatzilla. The property was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. She even stopped by to see if we wanted to store our kayaks in the garage. I would definitely stay here again. And will try to rebook for next year if our group comes back for Floatzilla.

Incredibly clean and so quaint. The pictures don't do it justice. All the furniture was comfy, and little candy bars were laid out for us. The coffee was great too. A perfect place to relax while traveling.

Had a great stay. This was a bicycling trip Lucy's was just a few blocks from the great river trail. Kitchen was well supplied, Grocery and downtown Moline were each a few miles away. Unit was nicely furnished. Lucy was a wonderful host. I would stay there again if /when I return to the area.

We have absolutely no complaints. Extremely well appointed and supplied. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the three of us. Was a quick overnight stay for us. I'm not sure of proximity to restaurants.

☆☆☆☆+ We (2 couples) came down for a show at the Rhythm City Casino and stayed at Lucy's. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of extra pillows in the closets! The kitchen is very nicely stocked in case you need anything! The living room was very comfortable. I loved all of the quilts and "primitive" wall art! I loved how the house was decorated - authentic but new. It truly was like staying at your grandma's cottage!
