***Note - This property is a duplex. The left side is currently rented so you may see the residents from time to time. However, the backyard and pool/hot tub are for guests only. Also, note per the City requirements there are no more than 4 unrelated parties/families allowed to stay at the property. This is to prevent the streets from becoming too crowded with cars. Located in the heart of Hamilton, Ohio, our house is just 2 blocks from all that Main Street has to offer, including multiple restaurants, bars and fun activities. Hospital less than 1 mile away. We are 1 mile from the new Spooky Nook Sports complex and just 15 minutes from Miami University.
