About this house rental

Welcome to our centrally located home. We are just a couple minutes from anywhere in Albuquerque. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. This home offers four private bedrooms each with a queen bed and one with two full beds. Additionally there is plenty of closet space, two full bathrooms - one with shower only and the other with a shower and bathtub combination, plus one half bath. The living room features a 65 inch smart television and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance, a dedicated parking space and visitor spaces available if necessary.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Additionally there is a Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Neighborhood Walmart, all within a five minute drive.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $25 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

I was confused initially because the email didn’t have the password for entry (just dashes) but the Vrbo app had it. The house was great.

They were very helpful and the house was nice. The only thing I wish I knew before was that they do not have true ac. They have a swamp cooler and since the temperature was above 100 every day it made the swamp cooler ineffective. We were able to cool off with fans. The house was great and we had a good stay.

This was really a good place in general, but our one complaint was how HOT it was. The house was 85 degrees when we got there and the evaporated cooler struggled to cool the house down. By the next morning it was down to 77 degrees. Finally by that evening it was about 70 degrees. There was a fan and additional little portable air conditioner, but they struggled to assist. I would recommend if possible that someone turn on all the cooling before guests arrive, at least during the high heat of the summer. Besides that one thing, we appreciated the house so much and it was perfect for our needs. Erin was very communicative and the instructions were super easy.

This was my first experience the owner was very nice and helped us with a lot and the rooms were nice and the bathrooms where nice to and the kitchen was great to and the living room was good to and I would recommend if your family would like to stay there.
