The apartment has been recently renovated with a living room equipped with a double sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen area furnished and equipped with all accessories. It has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything to make your stay pleasant. The kitchenette is also well stocked so you can cook to your heart's content. You will find various sizes of pots and pans, the pasta maker for cooking pasta and bowls of various sizes. A double motorized awning allows you to protect yourself during the hottest hours. The terrace is presented with plants and flowers arranged in zones, so as to create small green islands, thus making it visibly full of colour. The small lanterns inside the plants illuminate the various areas, contributing to relaxation.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a flight of stairs to do on foot.Identification documents (identity card or driving license or passport) of all people (including minors) who will stay in the structure are required.
