Super Apartament przy samym deptaku

Super położony obiekt, praktycznie w samym centrum miasta, bardzo blisko plaży. Duży, przestrzenny taras z widokiem na morze. Czysto, schludnie. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i urządzenia (klimatyzacji, pralka, lodówka, wi-fi, telewizor....) Polecam

Jedyna wada to strome trzecie piętro, dla starszych osób może być to kłopotliwe. Ale przepiękny widok z tarasu wynagradza wszytko!!!

Buena ubicación y precio, pero mala elección.

Ubicación y el precio. La comunicación en todo momento fue correcta y se interesaron por si todo estaba correcto. Todo bastante nuevo y limpio.

-Fuerte olor a cañerías, costaba tener la puerta abierta del baño. -El único acceso al exterior da a un patio la ventilación es bastante justa -Hay la terraza de un bar justo en la puerta, para entrar al apartamento se tuvieron que levantar los que estaban comiendo y mover la mesa para poder entrar a la puerta. El que gestiona el alquiler ofrece un descuento en próximas reservas si se le hace una buena valoración o reseña.

I BOOKED A ROOM WITH TERRACE AND I GOT A VERY SMALL ROOM WITH NO WINDOW AND NO TERRACE. APPARENTLY IT WAS THE ONLY ROOM OUT OF 4 WITHOUT A TERRACE

Underwhelming but great location

The location was excellent

The kitchen was very under equipped. Not a single wine glass, nor bottle opener available. Also no matching drinking glasses. No lock on bathroom door. The shower was tired and hot tap was dangerously hot. Bedding was damp and didn't smell fresh. Sofa bed had a dip in it, so not suitable for 2. The bedding for the sofa was not left in the apartment so had to make contact with the hosts and go and collect it. No air-conditioning other than the lounge, which was uncomfortable in 45° heat

Great apartment in the heart of the resort.

Great location in the heart of the resort. 2nd line property (ie; one back from the beachfront). Definitely the nicest part of the Malaga area. Restaurants and bars aplenty within seconds of the apartments entrance door. Generally quiet though. Apartment is very well equipped and I always prefer having a bedroom as opposed to a studio. Host were immediately contactable by WhatsApp, although, other than arriving and leaving, this wasn't required.

There is a bar/restaurant, in the same building, and on occasions had to get people to move to access or egress the apartment door. . There is also a church next door which sounds bells for mass (not a huge issue as church is clearly shown in the pictures) but a surprise when it first happened.

We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again as we visit the coast throughout the year we would look at bookin

the property was very well equipped had everything we needed the balcony was brilliant but could have had a couple of sun beds on there as there was enough space and a lot of the terraces around the property had sun beds on them

There was a smell from the drains which seemed to be coming from the shower drain we covered it when not in use which seems to stop it coming into the apartment, we were disappointed that there was no English Channels on the television we even tried to log into Netflix with our own passwords but it wasn’t available I think this would be a welcomed addition even if there was a added cost to have this choice

The terrace is huge and really nice for enjoying the sun and sea view. The apartment is modern and clean and well equipped. Felt at home. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and I was able to arrive and check in without fuss
