Situé à deux pas de la plage (le coucher de soleil est un must), des restaurants et bars très sympas à proximité. Notre contact sur place a été d'une réactivité impeccable ! 25 minutes à pieds depuis le ferry si vous êtes courageux/euses ou en quelques minutes avec les voiturettes (payantes) de l'Île.

Siisti, moderni ja kaunis asunto, josta on upeat maisemat merelle. Meri on vain muutaman askeleen päässä, ja ranta on uskomattoman kaunis. Rantaa pitkin voi kävellä kilometrejä, ja hiekka on pehmeintä, millä olen koskaan kävellyt.
Asunnossa oli iso kanisteri puhdistettua juomavettä, mikä oli plussaa.
Sain majoittumiseen hyvät ohjeet, ja tarvittaessa sain nopeasti yhteyden majoittajaan, ja apua esim. taxin tilaamisesta.
Alueella oli paljon rakennustöitä, mitkä aiheuttivat häiritsevää melua.
Olisin toivonut isolle kattoterassille paremman katoksen. Nyt upean terassin käyttö jäi vähille, sillä auringolta ei päässyt kunnolla suojaan.
Ulko-ovessa oli raot alhaalla ja ylhäällä, mistä ötökät pääsivät sisään. Meillä oli mukana omat rantapyyhkeet, mitkä virittelimme tilkitsemään oven.

Communication with the manager was the worst experience, if you have or if the property has any problem it’s own you.
The place didn’t felt private, it’s surrounded by other rooms and people are passing by your windows all the time.
All the streets that are next to the building are flooded so be prepared to get mud on your shoes / luggage.
We found a really big spider on the bathroom. We understand that is not in a city but you could implement some kind of barrier to avoid it.
We found better options in the island. Make a better research than us and enjoy Holbox.

Très bien situé assez loin de la zone bruyante mais pas isolé. La plage est à deux pas. Des commerces et restaurants proches pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est idéal pour deux et le penthouse que nous avions avec terrasse vue mer parfait. 2 transats un voile d’ombrage. Des serviettes de plage et de douche que l’on nous a changé sur demande. Du café, de l’eau douce. L’accueil et les contacts mail avec Jacqueline toujours disponible pour vous aider. Tout est parfaitement sécurisé par serrures codées.Un coffre fort si besoin.

Al estar más lejos del centro, se dificulta poder ir a más restaurantes ya que los taxis son pocos por el área y son costosos.
El personal nunca se puso en contacto para ofrecer más toallas o alguna otra información como comúnmente sucede en otras estancias

Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance calme et reposante du lieu avec aucun bruit la nuit. C'était très propre et spacieux avec un très grand lit vraiment très confortable. La douche était grande également avec beaucoup de pression et de l'eau chaude.
La plage est au bout de la rue et le village n'est pas si loin (15 - 20 min à pieds). La propriétaire a été très réactive à tous mes messages. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Location bella e molto curata, sia la stanza che il giardino esterno. Cucina e bagno ben accessoriati, con attenzione ai dettagli. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a locali dove mangiare.

La résidence et le studio sont tops!
La proximité de la mer et des commerces.
La distance entre le port [ferry] et l'hôtel.
Il serait utile de bien préciser qu'il faut prendre un taxi.
Nous avons eu la deuxième nuit un terrible orage qui a totalement inondé les lieux.
Le matin, nous devions quitter absolument notre studio car plus rien n'était accessible.
Hélas, aucun des gérants n'a jamais répondu à nos appels et personne n' a pu nous aider pour trouver un moyen de transport.
Le gérant a finalement envoyé un message le soir pour dire qu'il était en congé le week-end et en dehors de l'île!

The location is perfect ! just 1 block from the beach. And the terrace is beautiful. The bathroom and kitchen also are perfect, they have a "water can" below the kitchen so is not necessary to buy water.
The only "negative" thing probably is we arrived to Valentina House at 4.30 Pm (the check in is after 3 Pm) and we already said it that we'll arrive between 4 and 5 Pm... but when we arrived at 4.30 Pm the housekepper was cleaning the apartment. So, we just leave our things there and we went to the beach because she was starting to clean it. Things to consider....

We simply loved it. Super clean, relaxed place with lot of space and very comfortable beds. Jackie provided us with all the instructions and gave us some nice tips. Indeed de taco/pizza place near by are a must. Good price and really delicious food and very nice cocktails.
We would definitely stay here again as it is only 1 min away from the beach where you can take a nice dip with your kids.

Super clean inside and out. Very spacious, provided drinking water. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bedding smelled nice and clean. Perfect location short walk from beautiful beach. Provided plenty towels even for beach. Would stay here again

I left early in the morning and did not know about breakfast. I did not see any staff while I was there, only the girl who cleaned th room. I arrived a little before the 3 PM check in time. The room was very clean

Wonderful Stay! The place was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the instructions for getting to and into the property were easy to follow. There was water provided which I loved! The WIFI and AC worked great. It's about a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 3 minutes from a delicious taco/pizza place. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Supernice place close to the beach. Easygoing and peacefull area in Holbox. Nice restaurants and mini market nearby. The hotel is almost new and the rooms are very spacious. Even has a fridge, oven and microwave included. Would defenitely recommend staying here if youre looking for a nice and peacefull stay. Walking distance to centre is about 15 min.

We booked a family room with a terrace (that was the main reason we chose this place!) but we were given a regular room. Basically i was told that the terrace is the little space in front of the entrance door. Don't get confused by the beautiful pictures with that amazing view like I did. It's pretty deceitful!
There is no TV in the room
The beach is very close but it's filled with sargasso.
The place is quite far from the center and really hard to reach if it rains because all the roads get very easily flooded with mud.

beautiful and secluded property located a 2 min walk to the beach and our favorite little taco shop. this was a return visit to holbox for us, and we can’t wait to return and stay at Valentina. if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, and still want to be able to walk to town within 15 min, look no further!

Casa Valentina is an absolute gem. We stayed in the penthouse and view from the deck was spectacular. The location is a short walk to a beautiful beach and about 15 min from town. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfy with a lovely cross breeze coming from the windows. It’s a quieter part of the island which we were looking for. The shared courtyard below was a nice reprieve from the heat with shady trees and hammocks. Jackie was a delightful host who attended to every ask quickly and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Great rooms, very comfy bed, nice shower, door is always locked so you can come in whenever you want. There is a small kitchen with a water dispenser with free drinking water, which we liked a lot (less plastic!).
Jacqueline was very helpful and replied fast when we needed something (open save, order a taxi, new towels…)
2 Min walk to the sea, a calmer part of the island :)
You have to walk about 15-20 minutes to the center, which is not a problem. But take your mobile with you, it‘s very dark.

Exquisite place to stay when in Holbox.
When you enter the door to Valentina you step into a special place where you can relax during your holiday. We stayed in the penthouse which has a giant private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and it's just a large beautiful suite. With excellent views. We were sad we had to leave after 4 nights.
1 minute from the beach, 2 restaurants and a small convenient for around the corner and plenty of cheap taxi's to take you to town is you want to.
The Maruva beach club is also a must visit with it's beautiful self and excellent food.

A magical spot for sure. Our casita was decked out, close to the beach, several places to eat nearby, a short walk to bioluminescent algae, host was incredible with communication and friendly. I want to keep this place a secret but they deserve the best review I could give. We will only stay here in the future.

Beautiful, clean and calm place. Easy to check-in
Literally 2 min walk to the beach. Loved the location! A good and tasty pizza restaurant and convenience store just around the corner from Valentina. I suggest you rent a bike to tour the Island.
The apartment has everything you need! And in excellent conditions. The room is quite ventilated with mosquito nets on the windows for if you wish to leave them open at night. Lovely attention to details too. Feels cosy and welcoming. Any minor inconveniences such as lack of water or light (normal for the Island) the host would promptly fix it. Wonderful stay!
Perhaps a firmer mattress and a curtain at the kitchen window to prevent the morning light from entering room.
