It felt like home!

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. I also loved the peaceful ambiance and how conveniently located the hotel was, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Great apartment and amazing hosts made our stay pleasant!

The hosts (Ryan and Cindy) were amazing and very responsive and supportive. Cindy was proactive in all her communication prior to us getting there, which made the check-in process very smooth. And Ryan continued that support from check-in to check out. They helped book a taxi for us from/to the airport as well as a private taxi for Georgetown city tour, and one to take us to the cricket match of the T20 World Cup. The first morning Ryan also offered to drop us to the grocery store. He also helped provide recommendations and contacts for food options. Overall, they took good care of us and we enjoyed our stay there.

Exceeded Expectations!

Cindy and her husband Ryan were extremely accommodating during the end of our trip visiting family in East-Berbice. I initially booked the larger unit but due to additional guests we were able to secure the lower apartment giving us total privacy and comfort as we prepared to head back to the states. First off, both units were VERY spacious with a balcony on the second floor unit. The units are not accessible by the main road which provided a sense of security since it was the first time many of us were staying in the area. There are many local stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance and about an hour drive from GEO airport. My family throughly enjoyed their short stay and we would love to return for the next trip !

Superb

The location is perfect, close proximity to everything. There is security at night behind a locked gate.

The only minor thing is the view from the building. Out is not the most beautiful sight but it didn't bother me much.

Spacious and very clean!

Spacious, airy and light apartment in a very safe neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and super clean. The host welcomed us with a very warm welcome and water and snacks were already in the house! Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

The Altitude roof top bar is on the same plot and can be a bit noisy during night, especially in the front room.

Very comfortable stay. Super friendly host.

We arrived late ate night because of a delay at the ferry. The hosts patiently waited and even had some essentials waiting for us at the appartment. The guys that work at the garage downstairs even helped us carry up all of our luggage. Very hospitable! One of the days we even received some cowheelsoup, free of charge!

There is a nightclub with loud music right in front of the property. It didn’t really bother us that much, but I can imagine it would be a no no for some.

Best place to stay in Georgetown

The apartment was light and airy. It had all the facilities necessary for a short stay including a washing machine. The air conditioners were the quietest I have come across - a real bonus! The property was extremely clean and in very good condition. The property was in a gated commercial place so we felt very safe.The owners were very thoughtful and stocked the apartment with snacks, bread, milk and water. They were available to answer any questions and I found them all very hospitable. I liked the area as there were a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was a little difficult to find as it is tucked behind a commercial unit. I wish we had found this place sooner and stayed here for the duration of our stay in Georgetown!

best and most impressive stay in guyana

The showers and bathroom were sparkling ✨️ clean. The bedrooms were tidy neat and comfortable with clean and non shedding linen. The laundry machines were available with detergent and bleach already there. Good amount of usable, presentable, and clean dishes. Sufficient water pressure. Excellent customer service and response time from hosts
