Nobody wants accommodation without towels, sheets and toilet paper in shared areas,never again,never

Accommodation has become a nightmare for us. We were informed about the fact that the guests must have their own bed linen via a link in the email, unfortunately not directly in the text or in an attachment. But we only found out there are no towels or toilet paper in the whole house. there was old food in the fridge from previous guests. the windows in the room could not be opened and the rooms stank terribly. and what we didn't expect was that we didn't even have a bathroom, only toilets and showers in the corridor and, moreover, shared with other guests !!!!We called the help line but were told that we had not read all the documents! No one wants accommodation without towels, sheets and toilet paper in shared areas, never again and avoid this house of horrors !!!we will request a refund

No sheets on the bed or pillow. No shower towels. We could not shower for the 3 days we were there due to no towels. Having to sleep with no sheets or covers on the pillow. Tried contacting the hosts daily, multiple times and no replies.
