Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Condo was clean, roomy, filled with everything needed for a beach vacation. Beds were comfy, bedrooms quiet and private, bathrooms were large in size and comfortable! Great walk in shower and tub in master. Kitchen had everything you. Could think of and laundry was big and roomy and worked well. All was clean and better than expected.

The condo was very nice and as pictured. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and it was very nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach wagon. We added to the chair collection as we needed 5 and they were only 3. Would stay here again

Beautifully decorated 1st floor condo! Walkable to beach across the street, pier, and local dining very close. Loved the condo’s kitchen and quiet screened in porch! Historic St. Augustine drivable within 20-mins and many other sites to see—trolley tour was fantastic! Stayed here for one week with two kids under two. We really enjoyed this condo. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and had all the amenities that we needed. You have to walk across the street to get to the beach but it's not far and the beach is worth it. We really enjoyed staying here and we hope to stay here again!

This condo was clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped and in a great location. It was all we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The address on the information which was sent to us was incorrect resulting in us having some difficulty figuring out where this unit was. We called the property manager, who was quick to respond, and he was able to direct us to the correct building.

We love staying at seaside. We have stayed in quite a few different units there and this was one of our favorites. Great location to amazing restaurants and the beach. We rarely drove anywhere and just walked. We had a great time! We loved that the beach wagon and chairs were already there.

This place is beautifully decorated with everything you’ll ever need! When we were t at the beach, we were in that amazing screened in porch. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely updated. We loved our stay, but wasn’t long enough!

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are talking about when to come back! The condo has everything you need plus things you didn’t know you needed! It was clean, beds where comfortable, and amenities abound. Walking distance to several restaurants, the beach is not overcrowded and on the calmer side for little ones, and the pool is heated, or it felt that way! Even in the heat of July, we enjoyed every moment.

This property was just across the street from the pier. Although we like driving on the beach because it’s much easier to transport all of our beach accessories. But definitely easy to walk to beach if you don’t want to drive on the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance. Great communication from the manager. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice pleasant relaxing stay at this unit. It was clean, well equipped, and in good shape. This unit has beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. It’s definitely within walking distance to the beach. The pool was nice and warm and clean. We would stay here again.

Overall the condo was updated and clean and the location is close to a lot of things. The beach is across the street and the pool was warm. For the price, you can’t go wrong. We thought it odd that no Kleenex box was supplied and only 1 garbage bag also. On the flip side, beach towels and chairs were supplied which was nice.

When I first arrived I was confronted by a lady telling me that the handicapped parking spot thst I was in was promised to her. Mind you she lived in the complex had a garage #29. There was construction going on and I was told to park anywhere. I was told by her that her mother was 89 and needed that spot. So she would park her car in that spot to hold it for days Now I'm a paying customer, my husband is handicapped . I shouldn't have to explain myself to her.

We had a great stay in St. Augustine! The house was just as described and beautifully appointed. We found everything we needed for the short walk across the street to the beach. We absolutely loved the condo! It was beautifully appointed and we did not need for anything. It was spacious for the five of us and we enjoyed easy access to beach and amazing restaurants. It is a close drive to Saint Augustine and we had a ton of options in walking distance as well. My son loved the pier as he went fishing for hours every single day with his grandfather so amazing memories were made. This is a wonderful home so thank you so much for the lovely visit!

This is a comfortable and beautifully appointed home steps from the beach. My family gathered here in December and we loved being able to walk from the screen porch out to the grass to "walk" our grandchildren. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner, something I don't always find in rental home. We had two problems while we were there, and both were fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again when visiting St Augustine.

Perfect location and accommodations for our memorable ladies only vacation! Flying into JAX was so easy and less than an hour drive to this extraordinary beach condo. Each room seemed professionally decorated with comfort and relaxation a definite priority. The entire crew enjoyed gathering on the cozy screened-in porch for morning coffee & a special evening cocktail called the Saint Augustine Mule (Saint Augustine Vodka and Saint Augustine Mule Mix). The condo was a very short walk or bike ride (owner provided several cool bikes) to Florida's prettiest beach where there is no shortage of casual oceanfront restaurants with outside seating. I would highly recommend this property to my closest family and friends. I plan to return this fall with my husband.

My husband and I stayed in this absolutely wonderful condo for a month. It was the most pleasurable stay I have ever had away from home. It is beautifully decorated, very beachy, but not overdone. The king and queen beds were very comfortable. I am disabled (walk with a walker) and this condo provided all the accommodations I could possibly need. First of all, there was Handicap parking right outside the door, along with a half-hour unloading spot, also right outside the door. All of the doorways were extra wide, making it easy to maneuver with the walker (would be great for wheelchair also). But the feature that impressed me the most and made my stay so much better was the walk-in shower. I was able to take my walker into the shower, and there was plenty of room for a shower chair. Besides that, the bathroom was beautifully tiled, with a garden tub, and also a huge vanity with double sinks. The beautiful beach was just a short walk (mobility scooter ride for me) across the street from the condo complex. Our preteen granddaughters loved the beach and also spent a lot of time at the pool. I especially loved the screened porch, with view of the pond and fountain. The porch furniture was so comfortable and the view was peaceful and relaxing. We tried out many restaurants in the area. O'Steens was the best for deep-fried shrimp (huge and lightly breaded). Sunset Grill was a favorite, along with Salt Life. Every Wednesday morning we enjoyed the Farmers Market just across the street. Besides the fresh produce (strawberries were some of best we had ever had), there was also arts and crafts booths. It was also just a short car ride to downtown St. Augustine and the wonderful shops and restaurants. All in all, this condo had everything we needed and then some! I would recommend this condo to just about anyone, but especially for the physically handicapped.

I spent a week in St. Augustine at the most fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The furnishings were beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a lovely screened in porch with a lake view. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly people, a clubhouse that hosts happy hours, and a nice sized community pool. The community is directly across the street from the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, it is just a short car ride to old downtown St. Augustine and all the history, shopping and dining you could want. I hope to become a regular visitor at this great condo!!

I always love escaping to St. Augustine for a long weekend with friends, and this past trip was no exception. Having stayed in this condo for a bachelorette weekend, and now several trips with friends, it seems only appropriate that I finally leave a review. A part from the new renovations we noticed this time, including a beautiful walk in shower and hardwood floors, my favorite aspects of this condo are the close proximity to the beach, the quaint screen porch, and the giant dining room table. After a long day at the beach, each trip almost always includes winding down from the day by playing guitar on the porch, and a game night hosted at the dining room table. I love how close this unit is to the light house and downtown area by car, but it is also within walking distance of so many great restaurants. During each stay, we have found the condo to be perfectly clean, and stocked with an abundance of beach toys. Will continue to choose this unit for our future getaways
