• A copy of a government-issued ID will be required.
• Due to an increase in fraudulent reservations, we will send a DocuSign form requesting a copy of the ID and credit card. This information will be submitted through a secure link and will be deleted 15 days after checkout.

Important Information
• This house is self-catering. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
• As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

Pool Heater
• The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity offered to most properties and can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate with a minimum of days.
• Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions, causing a temporary shut-off until functionality is regained.

Trash Disposal
• Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain a clean home.
• Additional charges apply if not complied with, where the owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
