The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric Rangemaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with woodburning stove (starter pack for woodburning stove available between October and March) and a Smart TV Blu-Ray player, CD player, surround sound speaker, and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower/wet room. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 3.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Whisk your loved ones away for a memorable stay at Greenhills cottage. Note: Greenhills Cottage has traditional turning cottage stairs. Please take care.
