Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a beautiful view of the surrounding vegetation, the pond, and the putting green.
Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit.
The first room is the bedroom with artful decoration, tile floors, 2 night stands and light. The queen sized bed is comfortable and the windows are surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a peaceful view of the vegetation, the trees, a small pond and the putting green in the back.
You will like the quaint decoration with vivid artwork, a comfortable couch, an armchair and TV.
Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.
The open-plan kitchen was fully renovated with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests.
The washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.
You have a large dresser in the hallway across from the bathroom.
The renovated bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport)
There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.
Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.
Are you traveling with family or friends ? We manage several units on Longmeadow, and one on Longwater Chase!

***This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which can take up to 2-3 weeks. The $150 HOA Application (per single person or married couple) is NOT included in the nightly rate. A separate payment request will be made. This amount is subject to change***

**No parties, non smoking**
** AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running**
** Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times **
