Perfect couples base camp

This immaculate cottage backs to a bucolic paradise, with cows, geese, turkeys and goats right outside the bedroom window. A well equipped kitchen encourages folks to enjoy home cooked meals. The property is private and secure and ideal as a base camp to explore the all that the surrounding area has to offer, whether hiking , biking, hunting, fishing or even a drive over to Gateway for the automobile museum.

Ideal situation and experience to explore this area of Western Colorado.

It was so clean with excellent facilities. Quiet but close to Grand Junction with a genuine country feel.

Endroit calme et paisible, bons équipements (sauf le canapé convertible) et c’était propre.

Le canapé-lit est TRÈS inconfortable (commentaire à ne pas prendre en compte si vous utilisez le lit de la chambre)

Would stay again!

Very comfortable and had everything you'd need for a stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

The pet fee was a bit high. It was also closer to the owner's house than I expected, though it was still quite private.

Perfect place to stay

This is a perfect place for a small family or couple to spend a few days. We used just about everything in the house. It is fully stocked just like your house would be. You just need groceries. This is a hidden little Jem that if you can find an open date you better grab it.

It is a perfect little home away from home. Nice and beautiful property located on a farm. Loved it. The hosts were absolutely hospitable. Great couple and their family. Highly recommend it for a couple.

Good, quiet location. Full kitchen with coffee and a few snacks. bed was extremely comfortable,

I made the reservation for 3 people and there was only one queen bed. My grandson slept on the couch. I didn't bother to ask anyone for sheets because he was ok without them,

If you get the chance, stay here! You won’t regret it!

Clean, modern, full facilities villa with the most gorgeous views and farm animals galore! Donna even taught me how to milk a goat!

There isn’t one bad thing I can say about this place.

wish I could have enjoyed it longer; was just a stop off and sleep

address either not clearly marked or I just didn’t see it. weird to pull into someone’s yard at night. also thought there were other options on website so wasn’t sure if I’d be trying to get into right unit?

The Cozy Cottage exceeded my expectations. Ron was gracious and attentive to my needs. I look forward to returning here

The quiet, the dark. The very, very comfy bed. The airy feel of the cottage. The rural ambiance. The thoughtful attention to detail, everything you need is there. Although I didn’t use them, the frosted mugs in the freezer!

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property.
