새 아파트라서 깨끗하고 청소상태 아주 좋고 침구류 수건 모두 깨끗하고 주변에 유흥가가 없어 조용하고 아주 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 궁금한 것들은 직원의 빠른 답변으로 너무 감사했어요👍🏻 기분 좋은 여행을 위한 숙소로 강추입니다!!!

Again I really liked how clean and quiet it was; I slept well which was much needed during my travels.

It was an easy check in process. I was also blown away by how modern and professional and clean it was. It was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The staff was able to answer my questions on KakaoTalk. I will recommend this hotel chain to my parents who might visit S Korea in the future.

Sometimes it’s nice to have a front desk staff to see in person and talk to, but I understand that that is not necessary for the whole self check in / check out process.

Ideal apartment

The apartment was really big, our travel group was 4 girls and when we entered the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the place was. There were instructions on all the appliances we wanted to use, the AC control, the lighting, the TV, the dyer, the washer, everything has instructions in English, so it was very convenient. There were 2 CU marts nearby so it was easy for us to buy snacks late night. It was also very easy for us to get a taxi in the area (though we used uber & kakao T, so I'm not sure if it'll be easy to flag a taxi). The apartment was also very close to the cafe we wanted to go (Coralani) so we'd go to the cafe before sunset & go back to the apartment which was a 15 minute walk. There were also a lot of marts and restaurants throughout the walk so we felt very safe.

静かにのんびりしたい旅に最適。

静かです。近くにコンビニや飲食店、ピザ屋さんなどもあるので食事は近場で済みます。アウトレットまで徒歩3分ぐらいです。洗濯機の横に洗剤も用意されていました。（柔軟剤はなし）洗濯機も乾燥機もあるので長期滞在には便利です。（でも韓国語が読めない方は使い方が難しいかもしれません）毎朝10時前後にメッセージで部屋の掃除をするかどうか連絡が来ました。部屋でゆっくりしたいときはお掃除に入らなくていいという依頼もできます。きちんと対応してくださり助かりました。

残念だった点は3つ。まず、写真と全く違う景色。booking.comで掲載されている部屋の写真は高層からの綺麗なビューですが、わたしが泊まった部屋は2階でした...。海は奥のほうにチラッとだけ見えましたが、なんせ2階なので道を歩いている人と目が合うぐらい。ほとんど景色は楽しめませんでした。窓にブラインドがついているので下げれば問題ないですが、写真とかなり違ったので残念でした。 2つ目。シャワーの水圧が劇的に弱いです。海外のホテルあるあるですが、あまりにも弱くて、長髪のわたしはちょっとだけストレスでした。20階以上あるマンションですので仕方ないかもしれないですが。水圧は気にしないという方は大丈夫だと思います。 3つ目。フロントのマネージャーの方に郵便を受け取ってほしいと事前に依頼していましたが、報連相不足なのか何なのか、マネージャーが受取拒否し、郵便物が差出人のもとに返送されてしまい、滞在中に受け取ることができませんでした。事前に依頼した際に快くOKをいただいていたので、承諾したのだから責任を持って対応していただきたかったです。今回はキャリーケースをフロントに預けることはしませんでしたが、管理がずさんなのか連携できていないのか、そのあたりに不安を感じました。キャリーケースなどは預けないほうがいいかもしれません。

가성비 쩌는 숙소

아파트를 숙소로 이용하고 있는 곳이라 방 크기나 시설을 생각할 때 호텔 대비 가격이 훨씬 저렴. 호텔이나 콘도과 달리 부대시설이 없는 것을 빼면 가족 딘위로 이용할 때는 아주 훌륭한 숙소. 출입할 때 비번을 눌러야 하는 게 좀 번거로운 정도.

舒服的家庭式住宿

住宿體驗很舒服，三房二衛，家電都非常齊全，住在101棟可以看到海，很美。另外，離樂天outlet、樂天mall、樂天超市都非常近~~要大肆採購的人很推，而且住宿有停車位1個。

距離地鐵站真的太遠了，計程車沒有很好叫，尤其是晚上從地鐵站回去的時候，只能在風中慢慢走。智能控制面板，雖然有使用說明，但可能我資質駑鈍，不太會控制。晚上只有便利商店跟炸雞可以吃，地圖上看到的鰻魚、豬肉湯飯，都會開到23點，都是假的！！

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and peaceful.

Location had a lovely sea view. It was very neat, clean and had a washing machine and dryer, enough storage, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It was close to Lotte World Theme Park, which was great, we took a walk to the theme park. We received a daily message to check in with us as to how our night was and to confirm when cleaning services could be done. Check in and check was quick and easy. Thank you to the team for your great service.

Very good

The views are amazing, the parking is comfortable, the apartment is spacious and very nice, the heating and air conditioning are very good, the laundry room is perfect. The oven is very good too. It is close to the shopping mall and the beach, so the location is very good, but only if you have a car, otherwise everything is far away, but it happens all over Korea except in Seoul.

The only thing I would improve is in the kitchen, the problem is that there is no knife and forks, there are no big plates or glasses, it has just a Korean style kitchen set, not bad, but a little uncomfortable for tourists.

Yet to improve upon check in procedure.

The check in procedure is complicated as I was quite helpless in finding the location. I received no email advising me on how to perform self check in. All communication is done via booking.com message, so I expect that to be much more clear for non Korean speaking visitors.

Excellent location - not too far from the metro by taxi, yet distant to escape the city and enjoy the sea view and tranquility. Pretty new, cosy, nicely designed. The personnel is very helpful and responsive.

Overall stay is very comfortable and pleasant

It's just like going home kind of feeling. All basic things are equipped. The best thing of all is the LG styler provided in the master bedroom, it's such an ease! It makes me want to buy a unit in my home country then.

The check in. Entrance password access system is a little troublesome and the thing that tickled me most is late check out requested extra charges even for 10 to 30 minutes. The cost is high and there's no negotiation. The location is hard for those who doesn't drive. So it's only good for those with car. Perhaps need to consider about changing the bath towels to international / standard bath towel size, instead of a face towel as bath towel. It's very inconvenient for cold weather.

A Wonderful Stay in East Busan!

The apartment was amazing! It came fully stocked with the basics you would need to cook, had a functioning washer and dryer, was extremely clean, and the staff were wonderful. There was also a daily cleaner that would come in if you wanted to help take out trash and provide fresh linen. The location is far away, but close to major forms of public transportation.

The location is quite far from downtown Busan, so if you want something close to the city, this isn't it. However, it is close to the subway line (about a 20 minute walk) and there are tons of buses in the area that take you all around the city for cheap. Public transportation is the way to go when traveling in Korea, hands down. Cheap and very efficient. The only other thing is that the bath towels are very small, which is normal in Korea, so if you want western-sized towels you will need to bring your own.
