The property was even better then the description! The owner was extremely kind . The apartment was stacked with snacks, wine , water, coffee… also any kind of toiletries were waiting for us . The place was very clean, comfortable and inviting.

The location was convenient to family, shops, & beach. The owners did stock the property with things usually not stocked in a rental (snacks, wine, coffee creamer/milk, soap, shampoo, tooth brushes).

There was an ant problem in the unit. Owners live upstairs, and you can hear them moving around. Owners parked in designated guest parking or blocked the driveway. The unit was much smaller than pictured, and furniture was stained and uncomfortable. There were missing floor tiles, no carbon monoxide detector with a gas furnace in unit with no doors to cover/close. The comforter on the bed shed terribly, causing allergy irritations. The price of the unit is not commesurate with the quality of the unit. It worked for us because we simply slept, showered, and left for the full day, and it was mere minutes to family. If you are planning to spend time and relax somewhere inside, this is not the unit for you.
