An in-home elevator that services the lower three levels is a fantastic perk to bring luggage or groceries upstairs using the provided cart. The bright and airy open living area has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, watching TV or enjoying the beach view. A great feature for guests that enjoy entertaining is a wet bar with a beverage cooler. In the beautiful kitchen, cook with ease using the top-of-the-line appliances such as a 48-inch gas range and double oven or appreciate other kitchen bonuses such as a high-volume ice maker (one of three in the house) that ensures a steady supply of ice for drinks for your entire group. Meal preparation is easy and convenient in this well-stocked kitchen and there is plenty of space for the whole group to dine together at the dining table, oversized kitchen island, or even at the Polywood dining table on the front deck!

The fourth floor is the perfect escape for kids offering bunk beds that sleep 6, an air hockey/Ping-Pong table, basketball hoop, and a crow’s nest with a telescope facing the gulf. A washer and dryer are a great convenience for washing beach towels or swimsuits and makes packing less stressful.

The entertainment options in this home are endless and include an Xbox S with Kinect in the media room, 4K Smart TVs throughout the home to watch a movie of your choice (with Xfinity cable, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+), or technology free board games, books, or puzzles.

Undoubtedly, one of the best parts of this home are the amazing four levels of decks/outdoor space where you can take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. On the ground level there is an outdoor shower perfect for washing away the sand after a trip to the beach, a 32-inch marine grade gas grill, a fire pit perfect for smores making, hammock swings to unwind in and a closet especially for guests filled with a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys. Wrist bands are valid for the entire duration of your reservation. Unfortunately, there are times the pools or other amenities may need to be closed for maintenance or repair. Please accept our apologies and know that this is out of our control. We will do our best to communicate the availability of the amenities prior to your stay.
