You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. All the shopping and restaurants you could need are only a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is just a 14 minute drive! The Millennium Campus and St. Francis Millennium Hospital are just a couple minutes away.

The house is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. There is a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a playset!

We LOVED staying at the Sweetland house! It was spacious and comortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. But, it was the sweet theme throughout that sas so fun! And the PingPong table brought everyone together. We will try to stay there again when we go back to Greenville!

Our family (6 of us) really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was in a very convenient location with easy access to woodruff Rd, Simpsonville, and Greenville. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean and very kid friendly! The books, games, and bunk beds were a big hit and of course the ping pong table was too! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We look forward to coming down again! Thanks for the treats, too!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and was great for my grandson as it had a portacrib, playset outside, a stool for the sink. The house was very clean and comfortable and they left a nice note and chocolates to welcome us. If we return to the area, I would not hesitate staying here!

My friend and I selected this house for it's proximity to the Maulden Cultural Foundation which was the site of the nightly CHQ historical reinactments and because the pictures of the house and yard were inviting. We were very satisfied with the house and will consider staying there again. The house is conveniently located near shopping, etc.

We drove up from Louisiana for a wedding of a really close friend. The house we more than we expected. It was clean and had plenty of room for everybody. My 2 teenage daughters and their friend that lives South Carolina spent some time with us and they really enjoyed the ping pong table. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will be staying again in the future.

We are so pleased with this property. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this house was very clean and comfortable. We arrived later in the evening than planned, but the clear instructions by the home owner made getting in and settled a breeze. We were welcomed by lots of nice extras like tea and coffee in the cupboard, treats to welcome us, extra towels in the bathroom, and the fun ping pong table. We cannot wait to return some day. Thank you!

We stayed here for the Greenville Country Music Festival in Simpsonville at the CCNB Amphitheater. It was a 3 day event, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We came in on Thursday and after we checked in we rode into downtown Greenville to check it out and had late lunch and a cocktail. Then we ate at Coach House for lunch on Friday before taking an Uber to the concerts every day. It was a very exciting, fun, concert but expensive none the less. We will definitely like to stay at the Raymond’s house again if we come back to the area. The house was very cozy, clean, and comfy. Lovely decor. We stayed Oct 19-23, 2023. We stayed here to participate at the Preserve at Verdae open golf tournament. It was less than 2 miles from the course. The property was very clean, well maintained. It had all the amenities we would expect in our own house for the 2 night stay. Communication with the property owners was instant and the check in and out was simple.

We had an awesome time staying at this house. It was super clean and very comfortable. It is a perfect set up for families with a shady backyard. We highly recommend this house. The owner responded within minutes to a question we had upon arriving.

This was the perfect place for my 5 friends and myself to visit Greenville. Everything you need is there in a spacious and clean house. We were even greeted with a gift bag upon arrival! Would stay here again without hesitation.
