- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras and a Ring Doorbell device: 1 camera is located on the front patio facing the front entrance, 1 camera is located on the garage facing the garage doors, 1 camera is on the back patio facing the patio, and the Ring Doorbell faces the front entry and driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The Ring Doorbell device is the only device that will be activated while guests are in residence and records sound and video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- NOTE: Please observe the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- NOTE: Upon check-in, guest must sign a rental agreement form provided by the HOA
- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $200/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat must be requested at least 4 days before arrival
- NOTE: By booking this property, you agree to comply with City of Phoenix Ordinance G-7156, section 10-204. Pursuant to Ordinance G-7156, this property requires a sex offender background check and you agree to provide any additional information required to confirm your eligibility to make this booking
