We arrived very late/early morning because of airport delays and were promptly scolded for being late (even though i had called to say we would be late and was told it was not a problem because they were open 24/7). We had two rooms reserved but the staff only gave me one until i asked. The two rooms were not near each other. The breakfast was pretty grim. Also the hotel is next to the highway exit and quite nousy at night.

Long story short we’re staying in a lot of different hotels and some are better than others. These beds were so comfortable you fall asleep as soon as you lay on them. The only downfall was the hot tub was freezing, and it was not fixed until the following day, which was extremely disappointing. We told the guy at the front desk and he acted like it didn’t matter. But everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was pretty yummy. Lots of options.

The room was very pricey so and the room was sold as a suite so my expectations were higher than what I found. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable, but the "suite" was created by inserting a full-sized fridge and dishwasher into the entryway (totally unnecessary for our one-night stay) and putting up a curtain between the couch and bed. Otherwise felt like a very normal hotel room. Would have traded the awkwardly full kitchen amenity for a bathtub and a little more space in the room. Lots of bird poop/nests on the exterior of the building; corporate setting with the grounds crammed between a freeway and sea of parking lot. Again, the room was plenty nice, but for the price and they way it was marketed, I would have expected more from the grounds, and an actual "suite."

We had a great stay! A suite with a bedroom and living room made it easy to separate the kids for sleep. Only thing was when our baby crawled on the floor she ended up completely dirty which just grosses me out - please clean the floors!

The room was a late need for us and it worked out really well. Room for all 5 of us comfortably. Clean and well kept facility and a really good breakfast.

I stayed here with my daughters and it was a good hotel for the price. However, I was not completely happy about them not letting one of my daughters who lives close by the hotel to check in before I got there. Earlier the hotel called me if I was willing to switch 2 queen beds with sofa bed room to 1 king with sofa bed room. I intentionally booked that room because we wanted 3 beds, so I said I want the room I booked. Then, my adult daughter wasn't allowed to check in after she was told on the phone it's ok to do so. I feel like she couldn't because we didn't switch the room as their favor. Not only did I ask them, but I also begged them on the phone to let her check in to the room because we got stuck behind a fire. So, she had to sit in the lobby waiting for us for 3 hours. And, we had panties hanging in the lamp in our room which they removed it at our request. That was shocking.

This is my second time in this hotel, so I like it here. However, this hotel is having issues with housekeeping staff did we did not encounter in our last stay. 1) Our room was late getting ready 5:30 vs 3:00. 2) When I requested more toilet paper on the third day of our stay, they did not provide it because the housekeeping staff did not have time. Fortunately, Safeway is close by. 3) For a 3 night stay, there was no housekeeping service available to refresh the room by request.

The room was great and very clean. We loved the outdoor fire pit, sat out there while doing our laundry which was also a great feature for us.

Everything was good, clean property and well run Only minor complaint no personal safe to store valuables in the room, breakfast was good but very basic, I would certainly return again.

Our room had a small kitchen. There were also barbeques available outside which was a nice surprise. It was a great room at a good price.

Everything about this place (home 2 suites in Petaluma) was excellent. From check in to our check out exceeded our expectations. I look forward to only staying with home 2 suites on all my future trips. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

I liked that there was a nice pool, firepit, exercise & laundry facilities. Breakfast was unhealthy & my experience on the 3rd floor was incredibly noisy. Groups of people yelling and chasing each other down the halls at all hours, especially late into the evening. Due to the location, swarms of birds showered my car & the suite windows with feces. The staff I encountered were very nice. However, when I would come in and out. there were clusters of employees talking amongst themselves with no customer service or even acknowledgement of a guest in their proximity. Average rating throughout.

Very quiet place stayed with your family

We stayed 2 nights for 4th of July and it was packed! Pros: Nice hotel, accomodating staff, lobby, bathroom, gym, and beverage stations are all well kept, room is decent size, separate seating area, comfy mattress/pillows/couch, full equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, security cameras all over the hotel, pool/jacuzzi area is decent size and comes with outdoor furnishings, towels, and floaties, ample of parking space for all types of cars, on the go breakfast is OK. CONS: The ONLY downside of our stay is that the hotel has flying residents(swallow birds created several nests in the structures of the hotel). Majority of the hotel windows facing the freeway or the business area are filled with droppings(such an eyesore obstructing the view and quite unsanitary considering the hotel is well maintained).Tons of swallows are flying around non-stop until the sunset. You have to stay on guard for additional surprises, especially, when you hang out at the pool or firepit area. You don't always know when the birds will decide to share their "blessings" with you(we got pooped on 4x at the pool). It is poop everywhere including parked cars! From the outdoor furnishings, to bird poop floating in the pool water, side door entrance, smell of bird droppings. It just ruins the moment just when you think you can relax and you just got bombed! It was a nice stay overall, but we did not appreciate the unsanitary part of it. I hope they find a solution to resolve this pesky issue!

The room wasn’t very clean. We found trash left my previous guest behind the divider curtain. There are big bird poops on our window that overlooks the freeway. The bathroom is not very clean as well. Overall, the room feels tiny and cheap.
