Overall quite ok, but the sleeping arrangements let it down.

I liked the renovation, the kitchen and bathroom were great as was the AC. Terrific location, quiet and peaceful

The beds, bedding and pillows were lacklustre. No top sheet and only a quilt was not comfortable and the pillows totally inadequate. The car parking is really a bit difficult if you are not a good parker!

excellent location

The location and house was really good. Only a very short walk to Main Street Mornington. Jason was very good and prompt to deal with. The home was lovely and quiet.

The property probably needs a few little items undated, linen and glassware but was still very comfortable.

Very comfortable stay within close proximity to mornington shops & restaurants

This little unit was very comfortable for our little family. It was very neat & tidy & clean. It was bigger than your average 2 bedroom. Rooms were a great size and beds were comfy. Kitchen was big. It was also centrally located, very close to shops & restaurants and the main room.

There wasn't much to do in the actual unit itself, but there was plenty to do in Mornington and surrounds and not too far from Arthur's seat enchanted adventure garden which was the main purpose of our trip.

The room wasn’t very clean, the garbage from previous guest was still there in the room. There were spider webs on the ceiling.

Just Perfect!*

Wonderful stay! A+ location, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jas the host was incredibly welcoming and even booked restaurant for us!! Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to visiting again!

The accomodation was unacceptably bad.

The bathroom was the only thing that met expectations.

The condition of the furniture, furnishings, bed, linen was substandard. The windows were filthy. The next door neighbor was feeding flock of seagulls - 100+birds make a lot of noise, smell and filth. The fitted sheets were satin / synthetic and there was no top sheet. I checked out early after 2 days. It was horrible.

It was ok very basic & I do feel a little more attention to the above would go a long way

Location

The property needs better pillows & beds should have sheets not just doona cover . We had a few cockroaches, also the lady that lives next door seems to have a addiction to seagulls. A Nespresso coffee machine would be a great addition they are not expensive & at least can get a decent coffee out of it .

The shower.

Abusive neighbour after nephew momentarily parked in driveway to offload our luggage. He did however apologise later. Poor quality linen.

Wouldn't stay again

Location good, unit very comfortable and clean

No free to air tv only netflix and being one of the biggest sports weekend couldn't watch it or the news. Outside could be cleaned up. No milk for coffee etc.

We had a very enjoyable stay lots to do in and around the whole area.

The unit is self contained with everything you would need. It is spotlessly clean with a little paved garden to sit outside, the street is very quite, unit has undercover parking, walking in to a bright spacious room was inviting, the bedrooms have comfortable beds with built-in-robes. Washing machine and dryer in the large bathroom was a bonus if needed. The unit is in walking distance to all shops etc and a short drive to beaches, wharf and coastal drives. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing really but a chair in the main bedroom would be handy.
