very pleasurable and would recommen this property to anyone passing through or even wanting to stay

the location was amazing, the views were stunning, and it was like something out of a fairytale story book. The breakfast was great, and we feel that all tastes were catered for. There was a restaurant nearby which had amazing food and service.

There was nothing we didn't like about the place. The service was great, we got to meet the chooks, the bees and the regular wildlife cruising through and it made sitting in the garden having a drink or a coffee a pleasure.

Very homely and comfortable. Hosts were lovely and I really appreciated the freshly baked bread. Good amenities and provisions. Probably the cleanest place I've stayed. Quiet location with the yard looking out to the river. Highly recommend.

Amble awhile in tamar

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough, the owners were absolutely lovely and could not do enough to make our stay perfect, they even went above and beyond.

Nothing it was the perfect location, beautiful view!

A very modern apartment well equipped with everything we need. Ideal location as a base for our trips around the region. Allana was the most gracious and helpful in sharing information, and in particular, the potential road closures on our onward journey.

A gem of a place.

We loved our stay here.The unit was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of simple meals saving us money on eating out.Great shower and comfortable bed.The location was so pretty and our hosts were very welcoming.Very close to a small shopping centre.

Wonderful stay - exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful location beside the Tamar River. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and hostess. Studio had everything you need and more. Breakfast was there for us to prepare and the fresh bread was excellent. Bed and pillows were cosy and comfortable. Will stay longer next time to explore more of the area.

Good location right on Tamar River. Unit positioning means it doesn't have views over the river - but the grounds certainly do. Continental breakfast.

Excellent base for my stay in Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Fabulous hosts.

It was warm, beautifully decorated, comfortable & welcoming. The hosts were wonderful.

Beautiful position on the Tamar River and plentiful breakfast supplies.

Very small shower recess. Also care needs to be taken when accessing the property from the main road in your car.

every thing was there for us. sufficient light brekky items

very soft mattress for me. lots of rules & restrictions. not had before. we had many broken sleeps because of the night work of the winery machinery & tractor starting aprox 2.30 am. Friday it continued until 6am. Really needs to change this, maybe a high fence outside the bedrm window. speak to the neighbours ?

Gorgeous relaxing spot, absolutely recommend

Loved everything about this place. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need, great garden with chickens for lid loads of native birds, and a lovely bbq and deck. Bed was excellent, bathroom and kitchen same, all spotless. Owners are very helpful, friendly and passionate about sustainability. Felt relaxed the instant we arrived. Perfect location for Tamar Valley wineries, Launceston; loads of things to do. Although just hanging out in the garden with the chooks and looking at the view was my favourite activity!

We had a relaxing getaway which is what we were after.

Quiet and relaxing, lovely outlook. Comfortable. Good variety of cereals for brekkie.

Water in shower was very touchy, would suddenly get really hot, and shower being very small you couldn't really step out of the way. Not a major issue though.
