NO HAY AGUA POTABLE

La habitación del hotel es TAL CUAL lo que ofrecen, no te sorprenden ni con un detalle de mas, no tiene ni siquiera una silla, ni un colgante para la ropa, es cama y baño absoltamente nada más. Las camas muy cómodas y hay aire acondicionado. El desayuno bastante básico, son super puntuales con el horario. Hay agua caliente

Cuando llegamos el personal de recepcion no supo recibirnos bien, nos dijo hola y nos entrego la llave, no nos dijo ni donde queda la habitacion, ni a que hora era el desayuno, ni ninguna otra informacion, fue desde mi punto de vista un recibimiento muy pobre. Lo que menos me gusto del hotel es que NO HABIA AGUA POTABLE, NI DISPENSER, cuando llegamos pedimos agua y NO HABIA, tampoco tenian para vender y no hubo stock de agua para vender NINGUN DIA, tampoco dispenser, una sugerencia que les haria es que cobren un poco mas caro e inviertan en agua, es muy importante.

El lugar es muy cómodo cerca de varias atracciones turísticas, muy buen precio calidad. La atención de Berni fue excelente!

Las paredes de las habitaciones son finas, se puede escuchar el ruido de afuera.

Muy limpio el día que llegamos, predisposición del personal.

No vinieron nunca a limpiar la habitación en los 4 días, no hay lugar para guardar la ropa, no había mesitas de Luz... el desayuno con demasiadas harinas, hay una sola chica para poner las cosas, lavar lo de los que se fueron y levantar las mesas por lo que no da a basto con todo

Pertinho das fronteiras, ótimo pra estacionar, muito limpo, cheiroso, organizado, porém a tampa do vaso soltando, precisa de melhorias nesse sentido, mas nada que incomodasse. O café da manhã razoável, poucas opções, muitas coisas doces e poucas salgadas, só tinha torrada e uma tapioca dura, não tinha um pão sabe.

Muito bom, excelente custo beneficio, atendimento e um bom ambiente.

Localização é meio longe da cidade, mas é fácil ir de carro ou taxi. É em meio a natureza, silencio, e bom atendimento. Estacionamento amplo, em meio a natureza.

Não possui frigobar, o vaso sanitário está encostado no box do banheiro, dificultando o uso, sendo que tinha espaço suficiente para afastar ele e não atrapalhar o banho. O café da manhã só tinha doces e frutas, sem salgados.

Bom custo benefício para 1 diária

Café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. Ficamos em duas ocasiões no hotel e tivemos experiências bem distintas entre elas.

Na primeira vez, ficamos no quarto 5. Estava limpo, muito bom. Ficamos em 27/12, antes de pegar um voo de ida para Buenos Aires. Na segunda vez, na volta de BA, ficamos no quarto 12. Gostamos da privacidade mas a limpeza foi diferente. Primeiro ponto- fui tomar banho e peguei um dos sabonetes em barra disponibilizados: ele estava com a embalagem aberta, e com pentelhos grudados… joguei fora, lógico. O segundo estava embalado, mas nem abri a embalagem. Segundo ponto- o cheiro de esgoto que sobe pelo ralo do banheiro estava insuportável quando ligamos a agua, não tive nem forças pra ficar e tomar banho. Passamos a noite sem poder tomar banho, após passar o dia todo em um avião. Fizemos checkout cedinho e viemos embora

Atencion y ambiente muy agradable servicial ien todo momento, estar rodeado de naturaleza ideal para descanso y tranquilidad. Nada de ruidos perturbadores.

The breakfast was probably the best part of this place. Good price if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. WiFi was okay but I did not use my phone too much. There was hot water, air conditioning, and towels. I am pretty sure there was a bus stop near by but I don't know where to.

Location was weird, there is a hotel with the same name (less than a mile away) and we got confused but eventually found it. Our bathroom floor was dirty. We covered the floor in towels so that we did not get our feet dirty from whatever was on there. A simple mop would have fixed that problem. I also wish it was closer to restaurants, but the walk was not terrible.

Rural location, good staff and clean room.

It was clean and the staff were very nice. It’s good to learn a little Spanish before arriving as you shouldn’t expect all staff to understand English. There was free coffee and water in reception.

The property was very hard to find (booking.com address takes you somewhere else). It is also 1 hour walk away from the center, so good and bars are difficult to get to unless you have a lot of money to spend on taxis. If you have cash and the blue dollar rate staying here and travelling will be easy, if not, you will struggle and pay around £100 a day on taxis food and more.

Wonderful stay among the orchids off the beaten path!

Very clean and pleasant hotel. A little off the beaten path, but enjoyed the quiet and the surroundings! Very helpful and cheerful staff. Nice grounds, lots of orchids in the trees (though not in bloom when we were there)

Would have been nice to have more restaurants in walking distance. There was one amazing indigenous Guaraní restaurant just down the street though
