Apartment with Balcony. Regret not canceling the reservation.

It’s close to the city center and situated in a lively neighborhood.

I didn't enjoy my stay here. From day one, there were communication issues that really tested my patience. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to access the apartment until just a few hours before I landed, which was stressful. In summer saison, don’t expect a good night's sleep — drum and bass music played all night long. This is common in this neighborhood, just so you're aware. Additionally, there’s a generator room right next to the bedroom balcony, and you can constantly hear its hum. Mornings weren’t peaceful either, as I was often woken up by the sound of water flowing through the pipes outside. In hindsight, I regret not canceling the reservation earlier. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place, as there are nicer apartments in the area for the same price.

Un punto d’appoggio strategico!

La struttura si trova veramente a due passi dal cuore di Monastiraki in un quartiere vivace. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato facilmente l’indirizzo e l’appartamento che era pulito, accogliente e perfetto per le nostre esigenze.

Κεντρικό αλλα με θόρυβο

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλο σημείο, 1 λεπτό απο την πλατεία στο Ψυρρή & μόλις 3 λεπτά απο το Μοναστηράκι. Μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, η κουζίνα αν και δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε σχεδόν πλήρως εξωπλισμένη.

Δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανείς πως θα μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα, έπειτα απο δική μας ερώτηση μας είπαν όταν φτάσουμε εκεί να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο σε ένα αριθμό. Ο συγκεκριμένος αριθμός δεν απαντούσε τα τηλέφωνα, δοκιμάσαμε άλλα με το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα, μέχρι που πετύχαμε κάποιον και μας εξυπηρέτησε. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πάνω απο νυχτερινά μαγαζία τα οποία έχουν δυνατή μουσική μέχρι τα ξημερώματα, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Τέλος το μπάνιο δεν ήταν και τόσο καθαρό, βρήκαμε ξυραφάκι μέσα.

Πολύ ωραίος, καθαρός χώρος στο κέντρο της Αθήνας

Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό Το Μοναστηράκι είναι 200μ μακριά Αρκετά άνετο για ένα ζευγάρι με μέχρι και δύο παιδιά.

Δεν είναι πρόβλημα του καταλύματος αλλά θα πρέπει να αναφέρεται ότι δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλο για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά μιας και ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει κατάστημα εστίασης που έχει ρομερα δυνατή μουσική μέχρι τις 03:00.

strategical location right in the centre of the city.

almost perfect location: about 100 mt from Monastiraki. guest very supportive. not the best building I have ever seen, but inside the apartment it is all o.k (sorry I have not used the cousine, only the refrigerator).

a bidet in the bathroom, or a water cleaner in the wc at least.

Will definitely coming back!

Exceptional location, the apt was very spacious, well equipped and clean. Owner was very kind and helpful. Totally recommended.

Beside the bathroom there weren’t any other mirrors. An addition of two mirrors in each bedroom should be considered.

Groot, mooi appartement in super gezellige buurt (maar met nachtlawaai)

Fantastische locatie, in een super gezellige buurt met betaalbare restaurantjes. Super veel ruimte in het appartement. Er zijn zelfs twee livingruimtes. Absoluut een aanrader voor mensen met een beperkt budget (als je tegen wat nachtlawaai kan)

's Nachts was er wel wat lawaai van de buurt (nadeel van recht in een gezellige buurt te wonen). Het was zeker wel mogelijk om erdoorheen te slapen zonder oordoppen, maar toch is iedereen er meerdere malen van wakker geworden doorheen de nacht. Het sofabed was nogal hard (wel groot genoeg). Je slaapt effectief op een sofa met een hoeslaken over. De gewone bedden waren goed. Er was geen douchegordijn, waardoor de badkamer nogal kon overstromen. De vaatwasser werkte blijkbaar niet (liet de eigenaar ons weten na de vraag te stellen). Beetje jammer, vooral aangezien we het bestek dat erin zat (en waarvan we dachten dat het proper was), gebruikt hadden :/ Het appartementsgebouw ziet er niet zeer chic uit (en zeker de eerste verdieping niet), dus de eerste indruk is niet zo top. Het appartement zelf is wel dik in orde.

Good stay for a night or two.

Great apartment in a neighborhood close to a lot of cool things to see and do in Athens.

While the apartment was great, the building was sketchy. Other apartments left garbage in the halls and the smell was terrible. Also, some unsavory sorts loitering around the front door at night. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my wife/kids staying there alone.

LOCATION , in the centre of everything but suprisingly quiet flat. Value for money.

Dead plants in window , cigarette buts in plant pots , flickering lights in livingroom ceiling and kitchen . Could not accomodate luggage storage or offer any alternative when arriving early .

Central, clean and close to all the sites one could possibly think to visit in Athens. Close to the train station too

The property is central and you may reach anywhere within minutes walking

Excellent location, good for an affordable stay

The location of the apartment was great, which was the reason I booked it. The host was lovely and communicated well.

It wasn’t what I expected as per the photos, I didn’t know that the air con only went on when the windows were tightly shut so we spent the first night with the windows open. Being Athens city centre, it was super noisy til 4 am so it was hard to sleep. I had to do a bit of cleaning myself as the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned but value for money, this place was good.

Location is within walking distance of Monistiraki/Plaka area. Apartment was big and spacious

Living room beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom needs a shower door or curtain as water drenches the entire floor and makes a huge wet mess. Not enough cooking/frying pans to cook. A frying pan for eggs/ breakfast would be nice as we couldn’t make breakfast due to no frying pan. TV didn’t work.

Great spot!

The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance, plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in a five minutes radius. Super close to the metro station, as in less than two minutes away. The room is very comfortable for a couple, the A/C was a godsend in the heatwave that Europe ezperienced.

The Location of the appartment

The host was unresponsive to my messages throughout my stay, which I found to be quite unprofessional. During our stay, we encountered a terrible smell in the room, reminiscent of sewage, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Despite reaching out to the host for a possible solution, I did not receive any response, neither affirmative nor negative. Additionally, we experienced a complete lack of water on our last day at the apartment. We contacted the host, and they assured us that they were working on a solution. However, they never followed up, and as a result, we were unable to use any water facilities, including showering, on our final day. Considering these issues, I cannot recommend Furla Apartments to future guests. The lack of communication and unaddressed concerns greatly impacted our overall experience, making it difficult to enjoy our stay in Athens... not even a message to appologize for the inconvenience at the check out!

good enough for a short stay or if you go oui all night and sleep during the day

The location is convenient and the flat is good. There bed comfortable.

The neighborhood is very noisy so might. People from other flast slam their heavy doors . No sounds insulation at all from the corridor so you hear people talking or going down the stairs each time.
