Very smart, clean and modern apartment. Well equipped for a short or long term family stay.

The place was super well equipped. Nice touches like having the dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets on hand and ready to use. They also included some free cereals, milk and some sweets for the kids which was nice of them.

Not bad but not great

Facilities were good. Great rain shower. Automatic floor lights in bathroom. Cooker and oven worked well. 60-inch good quality TV with modern HDMI ports. Wi-Fi speed was excellent at around 230Mbps download and 100Mbps upload (tested several times at Fast.com). Gated parking and access to property. Remote control to open gates. Door to the apartment was not slam-shut and lock - that's good because risk of getting locked out was zero. Good ventilation. Soundproof bedroom. Apt is very soundproof. Bed was very nice - slept like a log.

On first night of arrival of 5 nights, someone was parked in parking space assigned to my flat. Boiler broke down around 19:00 on final night I stayed and after engineers did a routine inspection between 12:00 and 13:00. No desk. No chair. Mud from shoes on the stairs up to 2nd floor remained for two days (photographic evidence taken). Main door left wide open by someone on two occasions, on two separate days. Not a sign of anyone who worked at the site. No lift.

Stunning and secure place

Everything was great! Could do with two sets of keys as my children were older and we came back at different times. Just my personal preference

Perfect place. Parking safe and such amazing facilities

It looked brand new. Bedrooms were perfect and everything I needed was there. Tea bags, milk, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine. Just amazing.

Lovely apartment with extra little touches like tea, coffee, milk and washing up liquid etc

We liked the modern, extremely clean apartment and the fact there was secure parking.

The cooker had a slight smell of gas coming from the hob so we didn't use the oven or hob in case it was dangerous. It would have beenbetter to have a blind across the bathroom window. Despite the frosted window, it didn't seem finished.

In overall it was a beautiful stay and highly recommend.

It was pretty easy to follow the instruction to get the keys during check in. Carpark was secure. Location wise, it was easiely accessible and close proximity to the groceries and local shops.

Our room was outside of the actual gate. But it wasn't mentioned in the email instructuon. I was kind of lost as i couldn't see the property number. But luckiley another guest told me, it might be outside. So managed find later.

Amazing! Exceptional! Outstanding!

Everything was exceptional. So modern and clean! We did not want to leave

The view was not the best but it did not effect our stay in the slightest.

Excellent weekend, thank you.

It was beautifully clean and tidy. The bed was SO comfy.

No tea towel but I guess that is a health and safety thing. The instructions for the dishwasher were unclear....it took me a long time to get it to work.

Exceptional

The layout, how nice and new everything was and how cozy and clean, home from home. Location is great, Tesco and Lidl 5 minutes walk away, bus stop 2 minute walk if not less. Definitely booking again in the future.
