La ubicacion

El trato del personal sobre todo en recepcion y socorristas no les importa lo que haga la gente la malloria del personal del hotel van a pasar las horas de trabajo sin preocuparse por las instalaciones del hotel sobre todo los socorristas pasan bastante de todo solo se preocupan de que pasen las horas .nos hacen dejar la habitacion a las 10 de la mañana cuando teniamos hasta las 12, en la zona de la piscina climatizada todo eran saltos y sobre saltos y el socorrista solo estaba atento a su mobil,en el comedor la fuente de agua osmosis todos los desayunos esta y por arte de majia ala hora de las comidas y cenas desaparece , y eso ke acaba de empezar la temporada cuando llegue julio y agosto si no cambia va a pasar como el año pasado que el pasotismo del personal del hotel hagan que los clientes opten por irse a otros hoteles que se sientan bien atendidos por el personal. Por poner algo bueno la comida a mejorado mas ke el año pasado

La piscina de toboganes para los niños y la cercanía a una cala.

El personal muy desagradable, tanto en la recepción como en el comedor. La limpieza bastante floja, los dos últimos días no nos hicieron las camas y el baño no lo limpiaron a penas.

Muy buen hotel, con muy mala recepción!!!

Nos gustó que tenga parque acuático al lado de la playa, piscina de agua caliente... Las habitaciones del hotel, el comedor del hotel

La recepcionista mayor era indeseable, vimos mientras esperabamos varios conflictoa, haata que nos tocó a nosotros, que nos hablo mal, vas a preguntar y te contesta malamente, es una prepotente, la pelirroja es sosa, xo la mayor es un caso aparte.

Médiocre. Plus jamais!

Le lit était confortable

Le nettoyage pourrais être mieux fait des taches grasses sur les murs, des bonbons séché derrière les tables de nuit, le buffet était minable froid et pas cuit, la plage était sale pas propre du tout que sa soit l’eau ou le sable des sacs poubelle des déchets partout. Le personnel n’était pas très aimable en tout cas avec les étrangers! Je n’irai plus!

Het was oké, maar niet geweldig.

Het eten was soms niet zo goed en het vlees niet altijd doorbakken. Er was een ruime keuze aangegeven, maar het kon nog beter. Er lag soms al rot of bruin fruit bij het eten wat minder aantrekkelijk was natuurlijk.

Het eten kon nog wat uitgebreider zijn. De roomservice was vaak heel opdringerig, maakten ons wakker zelf al hing er aan de deur om niet te storen. De vele kinderen in het resort was ook lastig. Niet veel werknemers konden Engels, ze spraken vooral Spaans wat soms moeilijk was om te communiceren.

I hate the fact that majority of the staffs haven’t a fluent English, considering the fact that international bodies will be coming. I was almost frustrated because I find it hard to communicate with anyone.

We left a day early, that's how disappointed we are. Food was rubbish and repetitive and sometimes cold. The food area wasn't very hygienic. Staff members are not friendly, and it is very hard to find someone who speaks English. (Their look is like someone is forcing them to work there) I'm very disappointed that they haven't put at least a jug water on the table at dinner time. The swimming pool area was very dirty. I found a lot of hair in the swimming pool. Toilets near the pool are very dirty and there was no soap dispenser. Pool edges were chipped and not safe as you could easily cut yourself. Flooring around the pool was broken, and because it was slippery, it was very dangerous, too. The swimming pool is quite small for the hotel capacity. The room was not properly cleaned. One day, I left a pillow on the floor on the other side of the bed on purpose to see if they actually cleaned and found it where I left it. Value for money, NOT AT ALL.

Poor standard hotel, will never go back

The slides and the food in the buffet restaurant were good. Having a little beach on site was good.

The hotel was very poor. A lot of work needs to be done. The tile facade on the front of the hotel came crumbling down while we were at the slide area, it was very lucky no one was standing underneath it. The door handles fell off our bathroom door, blackened bottom of doors probably due to water ingress. Staff were not informative about anything in the hotel, not friendly at all, not one single bit of information given about the hotel or area. No air conditioning in the lobby. Although the food was good the plates felt dirty and not cleaned properly. We switched one of our nights to the 'fancy' restaurant and were very disappointed here also. All the meat was being prepared there and then which looked great but the chef was using the same thongs to pick up raw meat and cooked meat, absolutely turned our stomachs, i wouldnt be surprised if someone got food poisoned. Also not enough umbrellas at the pool areas.

Breakfast was brilliant great variety something for everyone. The splash pool for children was excellent my little girl enjoyed it so much.

We were a little disappointed with the view we got from our room as we were told on booking.com that a view was included and we got the view of a building full of other apartments so no view at all.

Beautiful location, hotel a bit worn down

The beach was really nice, and very friendly for children. We did some snorkeling, and saw a lot of fish. The breakfast was good, and well organized in spite of the huge amount of guests this hotel accomodates.

At evenings there was a quite intense smell of garbage coming from the outside. The pool was too crowded most of the time and the aquapark for children was quite worn down. Our booking said the hotel offered parking, but when we arrived no parking spots were available.

Would shop around more.

The location was lovely has its own beach just off the hotel poolside, the area was quiet and quaint with restaurants outside the hotel. The Mexican and route 66 are both must go to’s!

The room was not clean when we arrived we wiped dirt from the toilet, the room was not the ones advertised in the pictures they were very outdated, Food the majority of the time was fine but nothing too exciting other than the seafood night. The breakfast is terrible. All in all an okay hotel however for the price of all inclusive there it is not worth it. Staff stopped me wearing a vest top to breakfast one morning but I’d seen other residents wearing bikinis to breakfast and dinner which isn’t a huge thing but not great. After looking at other reviews it seems these are a trend.
