Note: There are 13 stone steps accessing the property and steep internal stairs that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, please take care. Note: The garden is accessed via the split landing on the first floor.

Note: Due to the nature of the garden, young children should not be left unattended. Note: there is no on street parking available near the property; however, it is possible to pull up outside the property to unload. A parking permit for an unallocated space in the Mayors Avenue car park is provided (10/15 min walk away). 2 small/medium dogs are welcome.
