The living areas include a kitchen/diner with a range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine cooler and seating for 11 people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburner, and a second-floor games room with a Smart TV, pool table and two Juliet balconies. There are six bedrooms consisting of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, two super-king-sizes, a king-size, a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor single, along with a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a hot tub and barbecue, and off-road parking for four cars. There is a shop within 2.4 miles and a pub within 3.7. Three well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
