🌊 Avon is right in the middle of Hatteras Island where you will enjoy a genuine Outer Banks experience and avoid the hustle and commercialization in other parts of the OBX.

☀️ Parking for 5 vehicles in the driveway. (No parking allowed in street or yard)
☀️ Private pool is typically open from April through October and is not heated.
☀️ Community pool is typically open between May and September. Tennis courts open year-round.
☀️ Fireplace is not available for guest use

✔️No smoking or parties please.
✔️Due to pet allergy in our family unfortunately no pets are allowed.
