Laketown Wharf 1730 has been beautifully decorated with updated furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable, so you can get a good night sleeps and rejuvenate during your vacation. The master suite also faces the lake so you'll never miss the the Vegas-style fountain show that happens every night. The kitchen flows right into the living area, with its very open and spacious floor plan, so everyone can enjoy the best family gatherings and create beautiful memories for the years to come. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a home cooked meal, fully equipped with the latest gadgets and appliances.

Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Laketown Wharf
Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas-style fountain show every night.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $103.66 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods

This was such a nice unit! We had plenty of room. The view was amazing! We had a balcony night show every night with lights that shot up with waterfalls. Definitely would stay again! Check in and out were both easy. I don’t think you can get into your unit any earlier than the designated check in time so even if you get the code early it doesn’t mean it works. Other than that! Wonderful Stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay at the condo in PCB . Great location, beautiful views, very safe, close easy access to the beach. Staff on site were friendly and helpful, place is very well maintained, staff were always working on cleaning and updating the place.

Everything for both adults and kids is on site: restaurant, ice cream shop, candy shop. If not the best, then one of the best vacation experiences we have had! Thank you, Aneliya!

The host is quick to respond and provided detailed information to ensure we had everything we needed for the stay. The condo offers tons of food options and everything is close by. The elevators are a pain as they are always full and hot during the peek session.

Absolutely loved the stay here. Super nice & gorgeous. The room we had was super spacious, clean, & all around amazing! Brought our two babies both under 2 & they loved it so much & had a blast. Thanks so much!! Definitely will be back, we're all going to miss it !

If you're looking for a fun place to stay , look no further than Aneliya's PCB condo. We took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she had an amazing time and the balcony was her favorite place to sit the whole vacation, even over the beach. It was impeccably clean, even down to the dishes. The beds were comfy and the master bathroom was amazing. Check in was a little lengthy, but when you're staying at a huge resort with 21 floors and checking in on a Friday you expect that. Communication with the host was near instant. We will be staying here again, or at least at one of Aneliya's properties.
