There aren’t many experiences that compare to sitting back, enjoying a waterfront view and taking a sunset cruise on your private pontoon boat. Ideally situated in Arrowhead Lakes, you are immediately greeted by pool table and the grand foyer. Past the winding staircase, off to your right is a cozy TV room and your formal dining area that includes an elegant wooden table with seating for 6. Up the stairs, there’s a comfortable loft with an L shaped sectional looking over the living room, and on the opposite end a balcony overlooking the mountains. The living area lives up to its name with a bar and a 72-inch TV with a loud speaker system.
The spacious kitchen offers a granite island at its heart, sits next to a marble breakfast table, and a gorgeous bay window to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Five bedrooms that each have their own personality, including a lavish master bedroom that includes a bathroom with a luxurious double shower, and his & hers sinks conjoined to a vanity area. Stepping into the backyard you’ll be able to enjoy a pool with beautiful water features, spa, fire pit, outdoor tv next to the fire pit, built-in gas bbq and a dock that goes down to your private pontoon boat.
This luxury waterfront home has the space and amenities for everyone to enjoy and make your stay a memorable experience.

No pets on furniture
No pet should be left unattended.
No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet
Clean up after your pet.

*Regarding the boat, let us know if you plan to use it. There is no extra fee but there is a refundable $500.00 deposit. If you plan to use it, we will send you a request thru the site and we will leave the keys on the boat.

Although the property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have Zero Tolerance party & event policy. The City of Glendale @ Arrowhead Lakes HOA takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Any citations incurred if local authorities are dispatched will be the responsibility of the reservation holder, and the reservation holder and all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds.
Exterior cameras are located in front and sides of property By booking you agree that you have read & agree to comply with all the house rules under House Rule section. If any of these rules are not followed, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees up to termination of stay or eviction. A perfect weekend getaway with family. The location on the lake is perfect for some catch and release fishing. We took advantage of the boat as well. We really enjoyed a late afternoon, leisurely float around the lake. We also enjoyed the large patio area and refreshing pool. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and funishings were perfect for family gathering. We really loved having a pool table as well. Nice touch for some friendly family competition. Lots of space to spread out. Good communication from the host with easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend this property for a family looking to spend quality time together.. Ease

House was beautiful and had tons of open room. The backyard was so relaxing especially in the morning while drinking my coffee. The house is stocked with everything you may need. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The trip was so relaxing thanks to the home we stay in this home is awesome. Well kept and very very clean. Response time for any and all concern were immediate. The use of the boat and the lake are extraordinary the view on the lake is magnificent. The pool, the spa incredible.. I look forward to visiting this property again and sharing it with others thank the homeowners for having an outstanding and beautiful home. God bless.

Fabulous house to stay in, cleanliness was great, area was great, property managers were available at request, the fishing was fabulous as well it was overall a great place to stay! Can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you for a home away from home that felt just as at home! 😊

This house comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 young children. We did use the spa pool and pontoon boat a lot. Great location for activities like hiking, biking and fishing. The kitchen was very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. My grandson was in tears because he did not want to leave.

Great house! We were greeted with a clean and well appointed house. The lay out is very nice with primary retreat and room upstairs and two nice bedrooms on each side of the house downstairs. Kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed for cooking meals for 8 of us. Outside the little lake was nice to take a boat ride on to see the other homes in the area. The hosts were great with all communication before the trip. On the trip, the set up was so perfect we didn’t need them for anything but it was nice to know they were just a text or call away if did need them. Thanks for a great weekend!

This is a great house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We were looking for a single family home to rent near our elderly parents who have retired in Phoenix and this was perfect for our group of five couples. There was plenty of space and seating to visit. The back porch was perfectly situated right off the kitchen with a beautiful (and very cold in February) pool with a relaxing hot tub. It all overlooked a small lake with a dock and complimentary electric pontoon boat. There’s a lot to do in the area and shopping is right around the corner. The owners were friendly via text and answered any questions that came up. Highly recommended, especially for five couples.

We had such a great time on our vacation! The house was extremely beautiful, the communication between the owners was top notch! We will for sure come back and stay again. Great neighborhood and close to a lot of things that we enjoyed this past weekend.
