Great location! You can tell the property has been a rental for a long time. It needs new beds, kitchen cabinets organized, burntout lights replaced, and clean outdoor chairs. I'll definately stay in the area again but will pick a different unit.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family who live in Tellico Village. First the negatives: there is no Keurig as the photos indicate, only a small (5 cup) drip coffee maker. For us not a huge deal but three or more coffee drinkers would spend a lot of time making coffee in the morning! Also, there was no hairdryer in either bathroom. I was glad I decided to bring my own at the last minute. The whole condo is dated and kind of tired but relatively clean. The positives: perfect location for our visit with family and the bed was comfortable… always a big plus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Savage Manor. This condo is centrally located within Tellico Village, which made our house hunting easier. It is also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. The condo is roomy and well appointed with excellent parking. It is perfect for anything Tellico Village related.

Nic’s condo is in a perfect location to explore Tellico Village! A cute condo very well kept. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our pup. Communication with Nic was excellent! Always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope that this condo is available when we return. And we will return!

We were visiting my mother for Christmas and this was a perfect location. Only 4 miles from her house. I would definitely recommend this property. And the fact that it was pet friendly, made it that much better.

Overall we enjoyed the location of the property & the townhouse served our needs. I am not a clean freak by any means but the place was excessively dirty. It did not appear that it was cleaned after the last people were there. The property owner was easy to work with. Responds quickly. I do recommend that the owner make needed repairs, replace carpet, find a better cleaning service, & supply more items in the house. We had to buy things like kitchen towels/washcloths, cleaning supplies, & other items. The outside area was too dirty to enjoy. So many cobwebs inside & out. This is a great place to stay & if these things are taken care of we would consider staying there again.

We were in town to visit friends in the area. We enjoyed the property. Had all essentials needed. Nice back yard and safe neighborhood to walk in with trails leading out of the neighborhood. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for us. The only trouble we had was getting through to our host. I tried over 7 times to contact our host but when I would retrieve the CODE to contact him VRBO said the 6 number was incorrect. Finally called the 800 # and they had him call us. He showed up in 30 minutes, problem solved.

Needs some minor repairs that owner was not aware of, but said he would take care of them and or was working on them. Great location, good unit. Also, there were two disc golf baskets a short walk away with some discs in them. Also, nice to have a gas station very close by and I would stay here again in the future.

FYI, the actual dates of our stay were Wednesday, April 19 to Thursday, April 20th. The dates were correct on the first page of this email but above are incorrect. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. Nicolas allowed us to stay a bit after check out which was very helpful as we were attending a funeral for a close friend. That courtesy was very much appreciated. Our only regret, is we could not stay longer. was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Purchased property in Loudon and wanted to spend some time checking out the area. Nicholas was very helpful and timely with any questions we had. We were able to use the Wellness Center which is a short walk away. Close to grocery store, gas and some restaurants.
