This newly renovated three bedroom, two bath house sits across the street from a beautiful pond with a fountain, making it a great spot to view wildlife in their natural habitat while also overlooking the 16th green on Ocean Creek Golf Course. Features include a gas grill and second fridge in the garage, a front screened in porch, new porch furniture, wireless Internet, and close walk to the beach! It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and will undoubtedly be the best vacation of your dreams!
Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
Pets - not allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
