Close to bars and restaurants, and an easy 25 min walking distance to the marina and nightlife. This family villa has a perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Vilamoura and just steps away from the Old Village.
This spacious three-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 520 square metres sits on an elevated plot offering privacy.
Villa Nataliza has a spacious entry hall, a magnificent light marble staircase goes to the upstairs three bedrooms, and the corridor leading to three more bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, bottle wine cooler, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, blender and Dimobilli multi system coffee machine (several types of hard and soft capsules, coffee pods and ground coffee). An open plan dining area with seating for 8 and a storage room with two combined refrigerators.
Large living room with gas fireplace, two air conditioning units, large full HD flat screen with cable TV, IPTV free-view channels worldwide. Sliding doors from the living area to the pool and garden.
The patio area with dining table for 8 people, round table for 5 people and charcoal BBQ it is perfect to relax and enjoy very good meals outside. The mature garden is equipped with a soccer goal for funny moments.
There is also 3 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning:
Bedroom 1: king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), air conditioning
Bathroom: bath shower combo, double basin, bidet and toilet
Bedroom 2: king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), air conditioning
Bathroom: shower unit with sliding doors, basin, bidet and toilet
Bedroom 3: king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), en-suite with bath shower combo, air conditioning and sliding doors onto the garden area.
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), en-suite with shower enclosure and jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and sliding doors onto the private balcony equipped with two sunloungers.
Bedroom 5: double bed, air conditioning
Bathroom: bath shower combo, double basin, bidet and toilet
Bedroom 6: Double bed, single bed, air conditioning
On the lower ground floor:
A utility room with two washing machines, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games room with pool table, settees, tv, table games and various books.
Surrounding the villa are the swimming pool with roman steps and ladder (10mx6m) with 120cm-220 cm depth, 8 sun loungers and 4 coffee tables, garden and hot tub. Patio with dining table for 8 people, round table for 5 people, sun umbrella, 3-in-1 outdoor ice cooler and charcoal BBQ area with sink.
The pool can be heated for 220 euros per week.
Facilities: one cot, one hich chair, Wifi, one parking space, NETFLIX, books
Safety: smoke alarm, extinguishers, first aid kit, fire blanket, gas and electric inspection.
Distances: Marina (2km); Beach (3km); Supermarket (500m); Old Village (500m); Restaurant (500m); SPA (2km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).
Damage deposit: 1000€
This property does not allow groups under the age of 30 years old.
On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
The check out is until 11am
