A lovely place, right in the city center, with free parking. Walking distance to supermarket, geothermal swimming pool, tour operators and right next to Laugavegur which has a ton of restaurants and stores.
The place is 68 square meters, with updated interior.
Double bed in the bedroom, a sleeping sofa in the living room, kitchen, walk-in shower and private laundry room.

The apartment includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances, oven and coffee machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower and private laundry room with a laundry machine and iron.

This apartment is right in the city center and with free parking. It's in walking distance to supermarket, geothermal swimming pool, the harbour and right next to Laugavegur, which has a ton of restaurants, bars and stores.
Hlemmur foodhall is only in 5 minutes walking distance, where you can experience a variety of foods and the popular Sun Voyager statue by the sea is in 15 min walking distance.

Getting Around:
You can walk to most service locations, such as the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more.
The apartment is close to bus stop 9, Snorrabraut, where you can ask for a drop-off on your way from the airport with bus.
BSÍ bus terminal is in a15 min walking distance, which is the most common meeting point for tour operators.

The apartment comes with free parking, so you can also use your rent-a-car to explore the area or jump on day trips.

Great location. It was easy walking yet far enough that it was quiet. Regarding condition of the property, the bathroom tap was broken and despite communication, it was not fixed during our 3-day stay.

Enjoyed the central location of this property. Was spacious for a family of 4. The bathroom faucet was broken upon arrival and cleaners were still there when we arrived at 3:30.

Sparklimg clean, well furnished and extremely comfortable. Bed ws so cozy and comfortable. Centrally located within walking distance to all major attractions and crazy good restaurants. I would stay here again if I come back. Much, much better than a hotel room.

Loved the apartment. Booked it for the last day of travel for my mom and I. It had everything we could need and then some. Perfect distance from shopping, restaurants and church. Only critique I have is on VRBO it says there is parking included and on the stay guide it says there isn’t. Just make sure it matches on both sites. I didn’t mind paying parking but I also booked thinking it was included
