The condo was clean and cozy. Great location between Rosemary and Alys Beach at a very reasonable price. The host was very responsive and super helpful! Could not be more pleased with the accommodations!! The beach, however, was extremely crowded due to the small amount of space alotted to each property. Definitely take note of the time of year/ day you visit. Overall, beautiful place,and wonderful stay nonetheless. We had a great time!.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this condo, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! It was very clean and we loved the complimentary snacks. It was very nice of them to offer 2 free bikes, 2 free beach chairs, and an umbrella for us to use as well. We loved the pool/hot tub downstairs, and the outdoor balcony was a nice touch. The condo is only about a 5-minute bike ride into the heart of Rosemary, so the location was wonderful. We'll definitely be returning!

Everything was amazing. From correspondence with the host, to the accuracy of the beautiful listing. This was our first time in Rosemary beach and the location is perfect! There is no need to have a car! We spent most of our time at the pool which was so peaceful. We never saw more than about 5 other people there, which made it so nice! We will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place, for the perfect location, for the perfect surprise engagement!

A very small unit but perfect for myself + teenage daughter. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Unit was very clean! Communication with owner was seamless. Would definitely return.

we loved our stay this condo! it had everything we could need: a pool, hot tub, beach towels, beach access, chairs, bikes, fridge, microwave, etc. the wine and snacks were also a lovely touch. the location was perfect, any easy walk or bike to Alys and Rosemary beaches, with lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. our chief complaints were the front door was not well sealed so we heard the wind whistling through it every night, and the bathroom barn door is very open and frustrating to slide, so privacy was more difficult.

The only thing I would say to improve the stay would be to get rid of the throw pillows & get an upholstery headboard. Since there is little storage space having utilize any of it with anything else could be an issue. Beside that we loved it since it was just the 2 of us. There is very little offered for just one couple without having to get a two or three bedroom. Jenn/Chris

Property was very clean which is so important to us We loved the great location in the middle of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes and had a blast exploring the area. While the unit is small, it is well amenitized and perfect for a couples getaway!

Very nice, but very small. No place for luggage to be set down and opened up and no room to even store all the decorative pillows from the bed. Owners were very accommodating. Cleaning fee and administrative fee basically doubled the cost of a two night stay, making it a bit pricey for a short stay.

An amazing condo with easy access to the beach and very close to all shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The owners are extremely considerate and made the process very smooth. I left a pair of jeans in the condo after checkout and the owner drove over an hour to drop them off for me. One of my best/easiest experiences I’ve ever had while vacationing.

We booked this stay for a last minute trip. The unit itself was very clean and nicely appointed. We were not crazy about the “motel” feel of the complex with exterior doors, so that was really the only negative. The team to beach was very easy and not a bad walk either. The property managers were extremely accommodating and very responsive!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We’re Florida natives and have visited 30A many times before, but this was one of our best trips, and the condo was a big part of that. Excellent location, we walked everywhere except for a 5-min drive to Ambrosia for dinner. Literally as close to Alys Beach as you can be without paying the price and an easy 7 min walk to the beach access. Accommodations were top-notch and Tina and Ray are phenomenal hosts. The communication from booking to check-in to during and after stay was prompt, professional, and intuitive. Everything was laid out perfectly for a smooth and relaxing trip to the beach. We highly recommend this property and Tina/Ray as hosts!!

This cute property was as listed and a perfect place for my adult daughter and I to get away for a quick spring break trip to the beach. The condo and the area are clean, and very family-oriented, even for spring break! You're just a quick walk away from a few shops, dining, and the beach, and a short drive to many other great options, especially for dining! This is a great property for a single or couple. TIP: If you're physically abled, forgo the shuttle (FYI - they take a lunch break). We found it was much easier and faster to simply walk down the driveway to the condo and out to the sidewalk along 30A. If you're taking your own chairs and/or umbrella, go to the beach early as that section of the beach can be VERY crowded. The last day we went to the beach was a Monday, and we opted to rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service rather than take our own and be so close to other beach goers. Tina provides some beach alternatives (and other great tips) in the binder provided in the condo, however we did not check these out. Tina communicated with us frequently prior to check-in and check-out which were both easy processes! I would definitely recommend this property to others!
